This staff is amazing! Every staff member we encountered seemed to go out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. They made us feel like VIPs. The hotel was beautiful and easily accessible to any part of the city via metro which is steps away. The room was modern and very clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons. Basic amenities in the room were limited, like not having free water in the room and then they charge you 4 euros to buy one.
