4.0 Okay
Pros: The guy at the front desk was helpful Coffee wasn't bad Kayak wants me to use 100 characters. There wasn't 100 characters of "good" at this hotel.
Cons: 1) WiFi was unusable a good portion of the time 2) "Hot Breakfast" was pretty much a joke 3) There was a constant smell of very strong air freshener - which means they are definitely trying to mask SOMETHING 4) Finally, upon checking in to my room, I found a layer of filth in the tub. I don't mean dust, I mean it looked like someone rinsed out a pot from a plant. I hope it was just dirt.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Decent staff, good bed, not terribly expensive for the area. Breakfast is all right, with eggs-to-order being the highlight.
Cons: My room faced a porch where people talked on the phone and smoked at all hours, and the door didn't block noise or smoke. The wifi was terrible -- frequent dropouts, got kicked off the network all the time, and slow even when it worked. Hard to find in between freeway ramps. Ubers always get lost picking me up here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very stylish and functional. All the amenities that a solo traveler needed. If I'm in the area again this is where I'm staying.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet with custom omelettes, comfortable bed, heater and frig not too loud, convenient right off hwy 85. Lots of places to eat close by. Near to Stanford. Much better value than Domain Hotel nearby.
Cons: Nothing.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The complimentary breakfast far exceeded our expectations - made to order omelets, sausage, freshly made potatoes. And the front desk staff were incredibly friendly.
6.8 Good
Pros: great breakfast and friendly staff
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was a nice touch with an omelette bar.
Cons: Their confusion of the bil. They showed an over charge $379.84 hopefully I will get this back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable Room and able to good a good night's sleep. Breakfast room was a good size. Buffet style service- waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast, banana bread muffins, country potatoes, sausages/bacon or both, and made to order omelet, greek yogurt and toppings. We could usually skip lunch.
Cons: Need to approach hotel slowly on El Camino- Entrance driveway is close to the entry for Route 85S - If you miss it- need to drive and make some U-turns on El Camino to get back.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean room, friendly service, above-average breakfast, fast WiFi, nice layout.
Cons: Can't think of any complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave. Great cable TV channels, more than I've ever seen and it was free. Staff were always friendly. The free breakfast was good with made to order omelets, oatmeal with all the trimmings, breakfast potatoes, meat choice, waffles, cereals, etc. I stayed Sunday through Thursday and the price was unbelievable for this area with what it offers. I've recommended it to my friends and coworkers. Also the bed was super comfortable.
Cons: The free internet was really fussy but I'm secret happy about that... It kept me from working and I actually relaxed instead. People complained about the noise-- my room faced the freeway above the wall-- I didn't really hear much and put the ac fan on only and I heard nothing-- so that isn't a complaint.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The dacor is cheap but effective, much as the facility itself. The mattress was good enough, and they had pillows of variable firmness. The wifi was fast enough for my needs, though I was dropped once.
Cons: If you are harder of hearing, this is _the_ place for you! Nice amenities, though much of it built as cheaply as possible, and one has to run the Air Conditioning fan (from which, ours did not blow cold air) to generate the white noise to override the televisions and conversations from our neighbors above, below, and on each side, as well as the traffic noise from 85. I hope I'm still as effective, though slow, when I'm as old as the elevator is now. Forget the shared balcony. There's no sound-proofing in the French Doors, so you hear every annoying syllable your drunk neighbors emit, as well as every hybrid accelerating down the 82/85 interchange ramp right below and behind the property.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Zico is sweet and like getting away to a Greek island. The hotel was beautifully set up to get away from the city bustle I'm used to. I enjoyed the comfy beds and close dining areas around the hotel.
Cons: The walls are thin so we got to hear rowdy kids at night and loving couples too. So the other hotel visitors were the issue not the hotel it's self.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Staff. Clean, comfortable room with a better breakfast than one expected.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk people are really nice and helpful. Their staff seems to know what they are doing and genuinely care to accommodate you.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Good room. Modern, kitschy design.
Cons: Hallways felt a little dreary. Same with the breakfast room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The tootsie rolls at the front desk, the effort to try and turn a very basic hotel into something a little more via small things like stocking the fridge with a few beverages that you could purchase was a nice effort. While the breakfast may be basic, I thought the steamed rice, fresh pineapples and papaya juice helped make it feel more special than a run-of-the-mill hotel. If you can't change the architecture, you can add little touches, which they did. The fruit infused water was nice too. Staff was great. While we were there they offered fresh-made guac for a small fee during the evening hours--totally unexpected.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I especially liked the hi-fi Lounge on our floor. Great place to sit and read when getting up early. Very relaxing.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff would not try to help guests, rather just "do" their job
Cons: Very bad experience interacting with the staff. Inconsistent information among them to guests, got misled, and they were not helping at all. Disappointed.
6.5 Good
Pros: Convenient location and easygoing staff.
Cons: Room 100 is adjacent to the laundry, the lobby, and the breakfast room. It is the only room in the hotel like this. It sees constant noise until 1am and beginning again at 5am. Charging (after taxes) roughly 300/night for such a room is an embarrassment for any hotel, not least a business hotel for commuters. More professionalism please!

4.0 Okay
Pros: Bed and pillows are surprisingly comfortable. Decent location that's close to downtown Mountain View, Google campus, and the freeway.
Cons: Oh boy, where to start... The hotel is right across the freeway, so expect loud traffic noise. Combined with the equally noisy motor of A/C/Heat unit, it's not ideal for light sleepers. Also the last night in the hotel, the toilet stopped filling with water and wouldn't flush (which I fixed myself), no hot water, and only the low setting worked on the hair dryer - everything else was broken. This place needs serious maintenance and updating. Avoid staying here. The cost is not worth it.
