This charming hotel is located along the river l'Ourthe, close to the center of the village of La Roche yet just far enough away for guests to enjoy the quiet and calm of the Ardennes. La Roche is the perfect all-season weekend or vacation village for relaxation, education and adventure. Activities include kayaking, hiking, mountain or road-biking and horseback riding. Local attractions include the medieval castle which overlooks the village and the World War II museum. At lunch or dinner you can enjoy a 3 or 4-course meal, served on the terrace or next to the open fire-place. A special bottle of wine can be selected to accompany your meal from the hotel's well-stocked wine cellar.
The food was excellent at the hotel and the service from the owner Mr. Koulic was brilliant.
My Boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Beau Rivage last weekend for a 2 night escape. The owner was very attentive and offered us more breakfast when asked and was very polite. The room was small, but clean, however the TV did not work ( although we didnt plan to watch in anyway) and the bed was sofa and very creeky on a slight movement. However suited us fine.
A very pleasant hotel situated in a quiet location next to the river but also very close to the town centre. Our stay was most enjoyable.
Very good loacation for the town.We enjoyed a lovely evening meal freshly cooked for us in the very stylish restaurant.A very restful stay

Location was good. Room was basic but comfortable. Owners helpful. Opted for 1/2 board and had dinner. Dinner was excellant.
I thought breakfast was a little skimpy.
Very friendly and hospitable owners. Hotel is well situated in the neighbourhood of the village-centre Restaurant Koulic is excellent and we enjoyed dining there. Definitely an Hotel we like to visit again (and hopefully very soon).
