Pros (+) Everything about this hotel is great starting with its location on Lake Louise. Visited when the lake was still frozen but it was still a spectacular view. Would like to visit again when the lake has thawed as I am sure it will look just as nice! Ammenities and my room were very good and the hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel !

Pros (+) I loved the location of this hotel- really can't imagine a better location. The overall feel of the hotel was luxurious, with ample options for dining and great amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The sheer number of tour busses (and hoards of people that come out of them to take pictures) is overwhelming and detracts from the ambiance/experience of paying guests. I'd like to return to this hotel, but the crowds give me a bit of pause. Also, room size was a bit small.

Pros (+) Their service is the gold standard for all hotels. Staff all seemed genuinely concerned about our wellbeing and genuinely interested in us on a personal level. Complimentary water bottles in the room for some reason made us quite happy
