Clean the room between people renting the room. Tub still had dirty soap bar in it. Roaches in the room Only one towel per guest. Had to give them your dirty towels to get a clean one

Cons (-) Rude elderly lady at counter, I went to room and opened door and seen roaches scury across floor, I opened refrigerator and about 6 roaches came running out, and linens were not changed, long black hair on them and stains of blood...disgusting! Disputing charges on my c.c...i called manager with no avail...no one answered the PHONE...HEALTH DEPARTMENT ALERT!....GRUMPY LADY AT DESK WAS TO EAGER TO ...

Cons (-) Bed bath room the tub the room was not cleaned ash ever where I understand it was a smoking room how ever I had to wipe the head board which was full of ash so was on top of the microw wave the bed felt uneven and I paid extra for the king

Cons (-) Room was gross!!! Bathroom in poor condition, room had a bad odor, missing romote, we found a mouse in our first room.. this hotel looks like a place you would only pay by the hour. Not a family hotel. Not a hotel to have a romantic weekend. i would not recommend!!'

Pros (+) Staff was friendly. Check I was fast and easy.
Cons (-) The bathroom door wouldn't shut. Overlapped the door jam by a full inch.No fan in the bathroom. Bathroom sink barely drained. Tile floors were greasy. Bedding had holes.

Pros (+) The Staff: The first room given had NO electrical power on one side of the room. The staff/front desk handled this without hesitation. New room given immediately however, new room did not have same size TV (much smaller). Good night sleep......
Cons (-) To be honest - The price was very good, thought I was getting a bargain--but I got what I paid for. So beware.
