I got absolutely duped in the cost of my rental. I had the car for 26 hours and drove less than 200 miles and it cost me over $300. I had family that had midsized SUVs from another rental spot for 5 days and paid the same price. I will never use this service again and will tell everyone I know to never use it either. What a scam, and so terrible to rip people off like this.
They didn’t even have the rental. They did not honor the reservation and the representative was uncaring and rude. Needless to say I will never do business with them here

I like the fact that the agent was willing to stay late to make sure everything worked okay. I didn't get the car I originally booked but they gave me a nice upgrade with no extra charge
