Great location. Very nice staff. Wonderful room view. Hard to find as no signs in town.
The service was excellent, the location was great (free street parking) and breakfast timetable was extensive so we could sleep in. Breakfast quality was fantastic. I recommend the spa facilities.
This is a ultra-modern hotel with very friendly staff and lots of open spaces. It is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of the beattiful Las Negros Villages which has a fantastic setting and a few good bars and seafood restaurants. It is an idylic place to visit and the hotel is in a convenient but quiet location. The hotel is almost impossible to find because it is not in the centre with the other hotels and there are no signs anywhere and no obvious street names. We had to ask 3 times. On entering Las Negros you come to a large roundabout. Take the 1st exit, up a slight hill and the hotel is 300m on the right at the north end of the village.
Quiet location comfortable apartments with a great view. A good restaurant and friendly staff.
Rest, peace and quiet... Information about what to do... Striped pants are hot!
We very much enjoyed our two nights at Bitacora as we liked the relaxed, friendly management and the spacious apartment.
I liked the pleasant friendly service, the spacious apartment, the food, and attention to detail. At times the drains in the kitchen/ bathroom were a bit smelly.
pool and grounds were very nice and peaceful. Breakfast was great!
Hotel is located on a perfects spot on a excellent town at amazing coastline middle of a mountains. The hotel staff is extremely pleasant, well mannered, kind and very nice young ladies were quite interested about mr. dachshound who trevelled with us. There is absolutely nothing to complaina about this perfectly decorated, relaxous and comfortable hotel. The yacuzzi cuts nicely the tiredness away No, nothing to complain.
A wonderful quiet oasis in an unspoilt village sea-side location! Only 200m walk to huge beach, limited sea views from rooms, but this doesn't matter so much - being so close to the sea in such a charming rural village. Several bars open when we visted in late March. No night clubs as far as we know - bliss! For independant non package folk this is a good base for touring and exploring - lovely walks & views in this fantastic National Park - don't miss the flamingo wildlife salt pans over at Cabo de Gata. All staff unbelievably friendly, most courteous and helpful. We loved the place and the area! My wife almost cried when we left! The indoor swimming pool is really only a sun shade and is unheated. The two lowest price rooms are smallish - so worth paying extra unless only staying 1 or 2 nights.
Individuality of room and service would prefer to not be across a main road from the main hotel building
