Cons: There's was no mention on the website about how much the dog fee was. It was an expensive $35 per night, which made the motel as expensive as a La Quinta that allows dogs without and added fee. And the La Quinta is a nicer hotel. Also, especially on a Friday night, traffic on busy Blackstone Ave was loud.

5.7 Okay
Pros: I liked my last visit so much more. Last time i was in a middle room, room 316. No one was in the room on one side of me and i guess that made all the difference. This visit i liked the staff, i liked the location.
Cons: But i didnt like how my room was in a corner near the ice machines. It was also near the stairwell access. So all morning and night i could hear every guest that used the stairs and the ice machines. How is this a better experience then a regular room i had on a previous stay? I had an apparent luxury suite with a whirlpool. The whirlpool made such a scary loud sound when i tried to use it that it scared me from partaking in this feature. Also it increased the noise as i could hear the other occupants taking their whirlpool bath in room 309. I was in 313. During the night i had to listen to 309s air conditioner unit go off and on. In my room there was barf/vomit residue stuck to part of the ceiling that i had to clean. The shower, while i like the space (it was very long) i didnt like that the door wouldnt stay open. It was weighted and kept swinging closed. Also the door to the toilet didnt have enough clearance to open and close without having to bump your legs against the wall just to use the toilet. I paid for a luxury experience but i got woken up several times, and didnt get a good nights rest. I think sleep and quiet should be paramount at a hotel. So you need to add some type of felt pad to the metal latches on your interrior stairwell doors. You need to install better whirlpools if you are going to advertize them as a special feature. And possibly get a better brand of coffee in the coffee pouches.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked our suite. It was clean and spacious. The staff is really helpful and reliable. We had checked out and we realized we didn't have our IPad. I had an appointment and told the front desk if we could come back for it later. They gave me a call later to let me know they found it and that I could pick it up. Looking forward to staying there again on the future.

Pros: Our visit was surprisingly nice. The grounds were beautiful and had numerous fruit trees. Our room was very adequate. Spacious, clean and comfortable. the property is close to the freeway for quick access and close to many restaurants. The breakfast was adequate the best part was the fresh squeezed orange juice from the trees grown on the property.
Cons: Our only real concern with our visit was while enjoying our breakfast provided they only had powdered cremenfor the coffee instead of liquid like all other properties. But comparably to other places we would still visit again and hope a Starbucks opens up close by in the near future b

10.0 Excellent
Pros: What I loved About our room was the face bowl outside of the bathroom so my wife could put on her makeup, or comb her hair while I take a shower in the other room without fogging up the mirror. The Decor of the room was very tasteful colorful and beautiful. The breakfast was not continental but a full size breakfast. The staff was excellent on the night shift and dayshift will stay again and recommend this hotel to my friends
Cons: The pool was laughable it look like a watering hole big enough for 3 to 5 people to get in and be crowded
9.7 Excellent
Pros: It was well kept, the service is great, gives everything I need at a reasonable price and a good location. I'll be coming back
Cons: None of the pillows were sufficient. Too hard. I forgot to bring my own, which I usually do, but wonder if BW could think about a variety of different pillow sizes.

Pros: The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was great. But, for $139 a night in FRESNO they could have done better for the free breakfast.
Cons: We stay at a lot of hotels during the last year. This hotel by far had the worst food for breakfast. Prisons probably have better food.

7.1 Good
Pros: Nice hot breakfast with many options. Well appointed room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk and breakfast were both staffed by very pleasant and helpful people. Internet didn't work the first night, but was fine and fast after that.
Cons: I left the card requesting fresh sheets on my pillow, but housekeeping ignored this and remade the bed with the same sheets. I knew they were the same because I had gotten the sheet dirty and the dirty sheet remained on the bed. Honestly, if I were at home, I probably wouldn't have changed the sheet until the weekly wash, but still.

5.1 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Some members of staff were quite kind.
Cons: Uneven service. Poor planning. If you know the West Coast Conference of Pentecostals come every year why not: add additional staff to the coffee shop? Why not monitor the noise levels when so many people are congregating and talking loudly after midnight? Why not prepare for the slammed kitchen at the restaurant so people are not waiting 45 minutes for food? I do not recommend this hotel for a business traveler based on these issues. It is a poor value for the money. When you spend almost $270 for a room, you should be able to get a decent night of sleep and to eat a reasonable meal (esp. Given that there are not many dining options nearby!)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hotel. It was a HotelTonight experience for us as we left Kings Canyon and decided to stay in Fresno instead of making the trip home to San Francisco given we needed to charge our car and have dinner. The place has a great Tesla Wall Charger which means we woke up to a full charge. Dinner was great and the restaurant had a nice wine list. Food came out fast and was delicious. The pool was great for the kids and me as we had been hot from hiking all day. They had noodles for the kids and overall it was just a fun night cap. Highly recommend this hotel if you are Fresno.
Cons: The Atrium type setup can make it a little louder than most hotels
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice and the room was very clean, had a good working air conditioner, and it was quiet in the halls. I heard no noise from the other guests despite there being a convention nearby, no opening/closing of doors, or other random hotel noises. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: I did not enjoy the pillows on the bed. They were way too mushy and offered no real support or comfort. The location wasn't the nicest and I found it's downtown location to be rather depressing and grungy. While the noise from inside the hotel was nonexistent, it should be noted that there are trains that run close by and their blaring horns were heard throughout early morning hours. If rest is what you want or are sensitive to sounds, this may not be the best location.

Pros: Surroundings are beau and quite!
Cons: A bit pricey!

Pros: Clean comfortable
Cons: Sparse on amenities

Pros: Room ok

Pros: Location. Nice area of town, and it’s quiet and intimate.
Cons: Bed didn’t have a thick comforter & it was cold.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was HUGE! They put me in a delux suite for $85. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a pool and hot tub which were very clean. The grounds are beautiful! And the parking was secluded, covered and safe. I definitely recomend this place!
Cons: Nothing, this place was great.
7.4 Good
Pros: Beautiful rooms! The outside doesn't give it justice.
Cons: There was a $50 deposit that was half the price of the room. If I wanted to spend $150, I would've gone elsewhere. It caught me offguard.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very spacious room, decorated nicely and very clean. Staff was very friendly. It was a great value.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Unbelievably spacious unit for the price; includes a full kitchen. You're essentially renting a fully-furnished apartment, with maid service.
Cons: Cheap toilet paper, no spare roll. Also, only one bar of soap was given for two sinks and a shower.

7.6 Good
Pros: Clean nice room, they did accommodate a last minute arrival as I was unexpectedly in Fresno to visit a family member in the hospital. Staff was nice.
Cons: Fire alarm went off early in the morning. Waited for an announcement or a call/knock of some kind which never came. Somewhat dis-concerning. Family (Assumption) upstairs had kids (Assumption) which started running back and forth between door and window across room from each other. Water was luke warm at best. For the price and name familiarity I surely expected better. I won't be making that mistake again.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Good proximity to a wide selection of restaurants and friendly, accommodating staff.

3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Room was hot , air did not work.
6.5 Good
Pros: The staff was excellent, personable and nice and gave very appropriate recommendations about where to eat/drink in the neighborhood. Hot tub was nice and clean, and our room was very quiet and overall it felt clean despite being a bit outdated.
Cons: The room was large, but felt kind of shabby with plastic-y mirror frames, outdated bathroom fixtures that were very 1980's. Hallway smelled heavily of old cigarettes. It would have been a bummer if we were there for vacation-- but since it was more of a business trip it was not totally disappointing. Another bummer was that the hotel bar, Oliver's Pub, is closed for renovations until spring 2016-- I did not realize this beforehand, and this amenity was a main reason why I chose this hotel.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Pet Friendly
Cons: Plumbing was horrible! and the only pet friendly rooms are with a King beds only. Had to get a roll away that was old and saggy
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Even when a tour group arrived, the noise level in the room was not disturbing.
Cons: The layout of the breakfast area made it hard for my father who requires a walker to get to the food and back to his seat.
6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms are pretty secluded.
Cons: I originally picked this hotel because of the bar and restaurant but it was being renovated when we got there.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was larger than average, clean, quiet, the amenities were better than advertised.
4.8 Okay
Cons: The mattress was lumpy making a lousy night's sleep and the pillows were like rocks. This king size mattress needs to be replaced ASAP!. This was room 369!
7.4 Good
Pros: Good value .
Cons: Plumbing needs updated.
7.6 Good
Pros: Great location; close to almost everything. A/C was very nice and it was quiet for the most part.
Cons: The buildings and rooms are outdated and need to be renovated, the WiFi was horrendous and about as good as 1 bar of 3G service on my cell. For the price, we could've stayed at a more modern hotel, but the location was excellent.
6.0 Good
Pros: clean good size room quiet landscaping good location provided space heater (heating was down)
Cons: heating system was down. caught a bad cold that night not turning on heat for a month into cold season breakfast room is small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an older hotel that doesn't show it's age. The rooms are very spacious unlike others where you can hardly walk around in the room. The grounds have a pool and a jacuzzi but not in the same location. The jacuzzi is more secluded so it is geared more towards an adult quiet time for relaxation. Didn't get to use it, but there is a putting green on the property. Nice touch that you won't find at most hotels. The price is very reasonable and I will book a room here again! Top it off with a complimentary breakfast that is not just a continental breakfast, and you have the best bang for your buck in Fresno!
4.8 Okay
Cons: stained Carpet Noisy Heater Lumpy Bed

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Hotel spent an hour trying to look for my reservation because Kayak never sent it to them. Terrible experience. I was tired, it was late, and I was just standing there and waiting in the lobby. Will not use kayak again to book my trips.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean & neat. It's not fancy but very comfortable.
8.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean simple rooms great price
Cons: Location is a bit difficult but does not affect the hotel.
4.5 Okay
Pros: room smelled like urine, staff moved me to the room next door but it could still be smelled.
Cons: Traveling with pet and this was one of the few places that would take my pet. Dunno why they have a pet deposit if a pet room smells that bad. I am not making up how pungent the smell was, it was as if someone left an open jar of urine in the room. The room next door had the same, but fainter, smell.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was near the freeway
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Children above us were running making tons of noise very early in the morning.
