Excellent 10.0
Pros: Christine and Jess were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and gluten free bread/crackers were provided as requested. The room was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom. Pool was great, a lovely temperature :)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a wonderful stay for a night . The home and room was very comfortable. Christine was an excellent host and was very helpful and recommended somewhere for us to eat locally. The buffet breakfast was the best I have had in any stay. There was so many items to choose from no one would be disappointed. There were cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, fruit, fresh tomato crushed ,yogurt and preserves. We had fresh orange juice ,a cooked omelet and warm bread as well. A coffee machine gave us wonderful espresso. Delightful.
Cons: Nothing.
Good 7.0
Pros: Christine and Jef are very pleasant and friendly hosts. Christine accommodated our request for an early breakfast. Good value for money.
Cons: It wasn't clear at the time of booking that our room came with a shared toilet. Maybe my own fault. So, worth checking that closely at time of booking. Also, you will definitely need a car to get about.
Good 7.1
Pros: Nice and complete breakfast with fresh orange juice and soft boiled eggs. Very friendly host. Big and nice bathroom. Confortable bed and quiet neighbourhood.
Cons: Small room, almost no space to move around and unconfortable to place the luggage. No night stand on one side of the bed. Good enough for one night when you are passing by and want to see Granada.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Warm friendly host. Very good breakfest.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Christine was a most welcoming and helpful host. Her home is a pleasant place to relax and experience Spanish hospitality and the breakfast was great!

Good 7.9
Pros: Value for the price
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast in bar 30 m from pension. Large room.
Cons: Lot of streetnoise, shower not very hot
Okay 5.8
Pros: Apartment was spacious (but was filled with large pieces of furniture). Good air conditioning.
Cons: Not in a great area. Kitchen was not well equipped. I had to use a packet of shower gel to wash the dishes because there was no dishwashing soap or sponge provided. Couch was dirty. Place felt old and run down. I would not stay here again.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The breakfast cafe the owner recommended was shut, but the cafe next door did a good meal. We were given good storage for our bikes.
Cons: It took a while to get someone to let us in, and the kitchen facilities were minimal. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen to wash dishes, no basic foodstuffs to prepare food with.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Nice pension near to Granada for very low price, the main reason for us. Room was quiet big, comfort, nice and clean, same bathroom. First day the hot water was running very slowly, next day it was much improved.
Cons: The pension is in small town, personal speak just Spanish and it is not available in reception but only by phone.
Good 6.7
Pros: Cheap and convenient in the center of Santa Fe, possibly as a base for Granada (if you have a car). Spacious apartment, kitchen, fridge.
Cons: The apartment is a bit run down. It had a distinct cigarette smell as it is (or it used to be) allowed to smoke there. The water in the shower was not running hot.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Not too far from Granada, nice little bars & restaurants close by, lots of space
Cons: You would need a car to get to Granada if you wanted to go there

Good 7.5
Cons: I am a foreigner. This hotel is good for Spanish sell agence who travel for their work through the country
Excellent 9.0
Pros: unpretentious little hotel. the bar restaurant were considered our local when we lived in t he area some years ago. we know the family who run the business and always receive a very warm welcome
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The restaurant food was great and the service excellent.
Cons: The air conditioner in our tiny room did not work. The gal at the front desk said she was sorry but the hotel was full. She could not help by changing rooms for us. The open window (after dark) let in cool air but the busy highway outside was noisy all night.
Good 7.9
Pros: Leaving
Cons: The room was a bit smelly. Had to open a window to air the room then flies came in and I had no fly killer spray. They were annoying me all night. The room was very noisy until late in to night because all the noise from the guests and workers came straight in through the window. There was no air conditioning to my knowledge. The food in the cafeteria was bad. I was served a very bloody hamburger and had to ask for condiments and salt & pepper. I had to ask for my burger to be cooked some more and then it was returned burnt and dry.
Good 7.1
Pros: The restaurant with delicious local food. Friendly staff.
Cons: The rooms are outdated.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was a great surprise. The rooms were newly renovated with spacious bathroom and air condition.
Good 6.3
Cons: We came to take rest from a long day, but our room was just above the restaurant where it was noisy with loud music long in the night so we could not sleep. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the room clean.

Okay 4.0
Cons: it was very loud. we couldn't sleep
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very clean, welcoming, comfortable and excellent value for money. A stones throw away from Granada and the village of Federico Garcia Lorca Very good selection of tapas restaurants nearby
Cons: Obviously it's next to a main road, which is OK as it's moving traffic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very well decorated and comfortable hostel. More like a hotel than a hostel. Very friendly staff. Free streetside parking right by the building.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great value, really handy for airport
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good
Cons: The place is good and clean and staff also good but its far from centre
Good 7.0
Pros: Very clean very nice ,cold room no heating no hot water, very short stop so if stayed longer would have complained.
Good 7.9
Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet (the window was not facing the street). Fast check-in, nice staff. The reception guy helped with our luggage.
Cons: No elevator, what apeared to be a cigarette burned coverlet, we received only one small soap/person for 2 nights stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and nice hotel. So much better than staying in downtown Granada if you have a car this place is in great location by the highway. I would recommend this place to everyone one.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Less price

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent staff, very clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to the Granada airport so it was easy to get there via taxi. The Staff went above and beyond sending me back an item I left in the room. Would happily recommend and stay again myself.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location. The hotel is nice overall. Clean.
Cons: Wasn't explained that the switch for hydromassage bath has to be turned on the switch box. TV was ridiculously super tini tiny small for junior suit. Not very well insonirised. The breakfast could be better. No options..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location near the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Santa Fe had some interesting things to see.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great location just outside the city gate, staff were also great, a real pleasure to deal with. My wife and I used this hotel to be very close to Granada to give us an easy start the next day. We are both vegan and the hotel made sure all our dietary needs were looked after, we had booked dinner and they give us a super meal on the upstairs terrace. Our only regret was that we should have stayed longer not just because the hotel treated us so well but we should have spent more time in Santa Fe
Cons: Can't think of anything
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The towels were dreadful. I use better rags to clean the floor
Cons: The towels. Tiny and threadbare.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: We had a junior suite. Nice spacious room with lovely bathroom.
Cons: A bit noisy. Hard mattress.
Okay 4.6
Pros: location
Cons: advertised with jacuzzi and roof top solarium but had nothing up there when i asked at reception they said it was only open in july=august when the weather was nicer even thought it was 30 plus degrees rooms dated and beds rock hard plus all travell info leaflets only in spanish and with only spanish tv . defo not 4 star in my opinion
Good 7.1
Pros: Charming style
Cons: Loudy rooms, Bathroom to be renovated.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was interesting to stay in a small village in the mountains outside of the city. We also appreciated how the owners restored an old property and surrounding grounds.
Cons: We expected a slightly bigger room, but not a major issue for one night.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Quiet location. Host was very accommodating. We were the only guests in the hotel.
Cons: The toilet water pump failed a couple of times. We had trouble checking in because we didn’t have a local mobile phone to contact the hotel which had its door locked.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean Helpful staff. Great position
Cons: No lift
Okay 5.4
Cons: I/We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as our little one was in hospital & it was €25 per night, bargain. Busy, chaotic, opposite an airport all looked like a fun experience. So the rooms are basic, as you would expect. The shower rail came off when I pulled it & the shower head so badly fitted it drowned the bathroom floor. Ok no problem, €25pn..... The service however is shockingly sullen, not bad, not rude but NO ONE smiles. It’s really strange. It’s like the boss is watching all the staff & if anyone smiled they would be instantly sacked. Food is edible & the main menu starts around €17 So not cheap but there are cheap options. There’s a seconds cheaper menu that sometimes you receive & other times you have to ask. Tapas hit & miss in terms of you mostly didn’t get any but when you did it tasted nice. I had to ask twice for tapas but wasn’t sure if the laws of Granada applied this far out. So for €25 a night I’d stay there. My wife arrived from hospital & the the bill we my up €45 for which I wouldn’t want to stay there. If you actually received tapas & choose from the menu sensibly I’d eat here. It’s good for kids as it’s huge. There were a few flies around in late December, which was pretty cold in the restaurant, in parts
Excellent 8.0
Cons: We chose this hotel as it was listed as being 270m from the airport. We thought this easily walkable. However, it is only accessible by taxi which is in excess of €20
Good 6.3
Pros: Close to motorway
Cons: Need too renovate rooms.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and comfortable with a nice cafeteria/restaurant below
Cons: .Had to bring luggage through a busy cafeteria and the staff smoke at the reception desk making it very unpleasant to walk through.

Good 7.0
Pros: Easy check in and check out. Good for a stopover. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Wifi access could have been a little easier and wasn't very strong. The shower went hot cold. Breakfast and food limited and the town is a bit of a walk on the highway.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Extremely noisy, building work on floor above early in the morning. Note on car telling us to move it although we were staying there, receptionist just laughed.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It is close to the airport and quiet and very easy to catch the first flight from Granada to Madrid.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and comfortable modern hotel. Close to airport.
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice big room. Great location for the airport.
Cons: Breakfast was awful. All hot food was icy cold and so inedible. Only 2 weak lamps in bedroom.
Good 7.0
Cons: Just ok to stay one or 2 nightz
Good 6.7
Pros: Very convenient for easy access by car or taxi into Granada or the airport.
Cons: Location on a major road with NO pedestrian footpaths. Impossible to walk anywhere. Breakfast poor.
Good 7.5
Pros: Rooms were basic hotel rooms, clean and relatively up to date Check in was easy Price was cheap We didn’t take advantage but there is room service and food available most hours, which is great for the price point of the hotel We stayed overnight before an early flight it and it was fine for that
Cons: Was a bit tricky pulling out of driveway to a busy street

Good 7.0
Pros: Comfy bed, free parking, late check-in possible
Cons: Somewhat outdated and situated in an ugly neighborhood.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything else Nice room, friendly staff, location.
Cons: Parking.
Mediocre 2.5
Cons: The pictures are very deceiving. The man at the reception desk was miserable and very unfriendly on check in, and after leaving my paper work at the desk that evening, the next morning I had to pay for breakfast even though it was included in the reservation !!! It wasn't expensive , ( good job as extremely poor) which is the only reason I didnt complain and show them my reservation on my account ! Very dissapointed !
Good 7.9
Pros: IT WAS JUST THE KIND OF PLACE WE REQUIRED, LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR US, ALSO THE TOWN IS VERY FRIENDLY.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The decoration of room red and white was so cosy and romantic the location i found it perfect away from the coas of city center and in very quite good quality area ,the stuff very friendly we asked for iron machine to iron our clothes and they helped us within second , the wifi is so good and the cleannes of the room and everything is so great and i loved the mint smell in the room .

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was an awesome experience to stay in Santa Fe Hotel
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very friendly staffs
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Rooms were decently modern and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly
Cons: Parking garage is hard to access for anything bigger than a small car, but there’s some parking along the street
Good 7.0
Pros: Great value, great location.
Cons: The walls are very thin, the shower wasnt so user friendly (water was pouring onto the floor while I showered).
Good 6.7
Pros: Bed was nice. Staff was nice
Cons: The shower didn't drain properly. Little water pressure. Mold in the sink. Towels were really really tough, like cardboard. There is no sound proof at all and you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the corridors or other rooms.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location for the airport. Bar meals served in the evenings are exceptional value for money. Underground parking and good wifi.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: We stayed in the hotel as a base for Grenada as we didn’t want to drive our hire car there. The bus service was cheap and frequent and not too long a walk to tourist sites in Grenada. The hotel was clean with good facilities and helpful staff. Also well situated for road travel and secure parking.
Cons: The bar was not open in the evening but Santa Fe has a lot of bars and places to eat although mainly bar type food but good value.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Staff are great and rooms clean. Sheets a little old but clean enough. A lot of noise in the dining room/bar and lighting too bright. Funny smell in the dining room which put us off eating there. Great gin and tonics, nicely served with a smile. Early morning about two coach loads of tourists left noisily with rolling luggage trolleys disturbing our sleep. The maids were a little noisy too calling to each other around 7am which was frustrating. I just don’t think this was the right hotel for us. No complaints for the staff and cleanliness was good. Just not our scene.
Cons: See above with all the details.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It's a scam! Please, remove it from Booking.com. We were charged 90 EUR for a room in a 3-star hotel which is more like no star motel. Room was unfinished, smelly, you could hear people from other rooms and hall, staff on check-out was rude and after we checked out the receptionist sent 'not available' e-mail. It needs an inspection.
Good 7.5
Pros: Beds were comfortable except we ordered a double and they were 2 singles put together.
Cons: Food is horrible. Buffet meal at night €12/ person lots of dishes but all the lowest quality possible and served lukewarm. I had what was supposed to be durrado fish but very small and like sardine. The paella was not much more than rice. No decent meat. Breakfast much the same lowest quality sausage and bacon, artificial juice, coffee from dispenser... We ordered double bed and got 2 singles put together. Large hotel and used by tour groups.
Good 7.9
Pros: Hotel located close to the highway - it was quiet though - from which You can reach city center within 20 minutes drive - well when You intend to avoid the busy streets. Receptionists was very helfpful - described and advised us how to book the tickets to Alhambra, room was just ok. for sleeping - exactly which we wanted.
Cons: We stayed just for one night and literally just for sleeping - did not have a breakfast, hotel was partially in the middle of redecorations - no major restrictions though.
