Close to UNLV. Our room was gorgeous and good value for money.
Not impressed with Casino or other amenities. It took forever to check in and check out.
Smoking was allowed throughout the hotel which was a little off putting
Service was rapid
AC was not cooling properly.
Amenities and cleanliness of room. First room had no hair dryer or ironing board. Housekeeping didn't arrive and had to be called after 5:00 one evening. Never enough towels or toiletries (or 6 body lotions and no soap ?), Dusty and poorly kept up. There was no refrigerator or coffee maker which is standard in most hotels.
Helpful bell service and valet
They stick you for a “resort fee” that has no real value. Pool area was small and crowded. Access to pool was difficult. Furniture was beat. Windows so dirty it ruined the view. Smelled of sewage in room. Toilet seat was broken.
The staff and the decor
Uber drop off was all the way in the back
YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE; I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE
If you like having to call your insurance company after parking your car here, go for it! They ripped off panels on my brand new Jeep!!! And took hours to even let me report it to the hotel! They do not care!
First, they refused to let us check in until 5pm! And would threaten to charge us if we did not vacate the room before 11 am at check out. They forced a 2 hr grace period on us to check in but refused to accommodate us as a guest at check out with even a 1hr grace period. Then, they want to charge a resort fee, but you still have to pay to get into the pool! And $50 a person!!!! Outrageous! What’s the point of staying here if you can’t actually use the resort! Also expect $20 a day to have a mini fridge brought to your suite. Why are you in a suite if you don’t even have the amenities of a mini fridge. And to top it all off; they have tweakers vandalizing cars in the parking garage. And when I reported it, they took 2 hrs to even take my report down and meet me. It was the most absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel, the service was terrible, hotel terrible, outrageous fees everywhere. If you want to have fun, DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish I listened to the reviews beforehand. Not even a close walk to the strip so you also should expect to pay to get to and from anywhere in Vegas.
The beds were comfortable.
The room was not clean. There was dirty linen in a garbage sack, in the room when we arrived. The floor had not seen a vacuum, as there was bits and pieces of trash on the floor. The shower did not look clean and the walls in the bathroom were dirty.
The rooms and the casino
The waitress barely came around the slots. The food was ok at the restaurant
Greatly enjoyed the fact that the hotel was centrally located to the strip and also the airport allowed us to focus on using rideshare to get where we needed without breaking the bank and also walking if we felt like. Enjoyed the variety of pools and options for food all within the resort. Everyone we interacted with was extremely nice and helpful.
Not much to dislike... the only downside is that they charge for late check out varying based on what time you want to leave...also dislike that they have recently been sold as this is my usual go to when visiting
The suite was very nice & the sand bottom pool is awesome.
Had an issue with security that was handled in a way I didn’t agree with, although this is the place I like to stay in Vegas I won’t be staying there again.
