The staff and the decor
Uber drop off was all the way in the back
YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE; I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE
If you like having to call your insurance company after parking your car here, go for it! They ripped off panels on my brand new Jeep!!! And took hours to even let me report it to the hotel! They do not care!
First, they refused to let us check in until 5pm! And would threaten to charge us if we did not vacate the room before 11 am at check out. They forced a 2 hr grace period on us to check in but refused to accommodate us as a guest at check out with even a 1hr grace period. Then, they want to charge a resort fee, but you still have to pay to get into the pool! And $50 a person!!!! Outrageous! What’s the point of staying here if you can’t actually use the resort! Also expect $20 a day to have a mini fridge brought to your suite. Why are you in a suite if you don’t even have the amenities of a mini fridge. And to top it all off; they have tweakers vandalizing cars in the parking garage. And when I reported it, they took 2 hrs to even take my report down and meet me. It was the most absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel, the service was terrible, hotel terrible, outrageous fees everywhere. If you want to have fun, DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish I listened to the reviews beforehand. Not even a close walk to the strip so you also should expect to pay to get to and from anywhere in Vegas.
The beds were comfortable.
The room was not clean. There was dirty linen in a garbage sack, in the room when we arrived. The floor had not seen a vacuum, as there was bits and pieces of trash on the floor. The shower did not look clean and the walls in the bathroom were dirty.
The rooms and the casino
The waitress barely came around the slots. The food was ok at the restaurant
Greatly enjoyed the fact that the hotel was centrally located to the strip and also the airport allowed us to focus on using rideshare to get where we needed without breaking the bank and also walking if we felt like. Enjoyed the variety of pools and options for food all within the resort. Everyone we interacted with was extremely nice and helpful.
Not much to dislike... the only downside is that they charge for late check out varying based on what time you want to leave...also dislike that they have recently been sold as this is my usual go to when visiting
The suite was very nice & the sand bottom pool is awesome.
Had an issue with security that was handled in a way I didn’t agree with, although this is the place I like to stay in Vegas I won’t be staying there again.
Bad room Bad front desk Costomer service
The room was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was very pleasant.
They advertise that guests have access to 5 pools and that they are open from 9am to Dark. This was not the case. I only say 2 pools used both were crowded and one they charged $40 to get in. This left the other pool very crowded and they only had a few chairs forcing guests to get daybeds. The pool closed 2 hours before the sun even set. Beds were not supportive at all and you could feel the springs poking into your body.
very comfortable and fun
I loved the atmosphere I love how clean it was I loved how spacious it was. It is one of the best smelling hotels. The rooms are amazing as well all in general this place is really worth it also they have a lot of security so you feel safe
TV would lose signal a lot
Bathroom not very clean
The mattress and living area were nice.
Bathroom light did not work. Toilet seat was dirty, stained sheets.
The rooms were great. The service was great as well. Especially at Mr Luckys restaurant.
The sand at the Nirvana pool was not even sand. It was little gravel pebbles the kept heat. It burned the bottom of my feet. Many others at the pool were complaining about it as well.
Hotel was pretty good
The attractions in the hotel, the rooms were very nice and many options to dine in.
The resort fee is over priced and they give you any random room when booking through Kyack or another third party to travel. The parking garage does not connect to each floor of the hotel which makes room accessibility very inconvienent and tiring. Pool access was very difficult and incovientent , all entryways to major pools near room were either blocked by security who directed guests to walk through the entire hotel casino in their swimming attire just to access a pool. If you stay here prepare to walk A LOT for no reason.
Cheap food at Mr. Lucky's 24/7...steak and shrimp.
Blackjack was not good and one of the dealers was not friendly at all.
The hotel is nice. It's a little further from the strip but for the price it was good.
I just don't like the resort fee. Half of the hotels don't have it and I was and will be choosing from the ones that don't charge it.
I liked that the restraunts had gluten free menus! I also like that you are still a smoking facility!
I really hated the fact that we had no coffee pots in the rooms. it's very important to me to be able to get up and enjoy a cup of coffee and a smoke before greeting the world!
Just great for people who loves music, rock and a different kind of casino!
I liked everything, I hope to go back soon
its cool and awesome check out the suits
Great decor- really funky hotel. Brilliant bed..most comfortable one for a long time. Good clean room. Great service by room cleaners. Desk responded well when we didn't like the first room and gave us a better one.
Didn't realise how noisy it would be due to constant plane noise...right on the flight path. Could do with better double glazing. Thought there was actually 24 music video in the room which it isn'T...only 24 hour music. Could do with Ipod docking station. Would like to see Internet station at hotel.
Nice comfortable bed
Overrated bar and pool. Currently a lot of construction
Comfort of beds
Location near airport, still can hear planes taking off and landing. A lot of noise from partygoers even very late at night
Very friendly staff.
