Pros. The hotel has a modern feel. The free cooked-to-order breakfast and complimentary manager’s hour the brand is know for exceeded expectations. The room was well furnished. Mini-fridge, microwave & wetbar are always a plus. The casual environment in the atrium was a nice change of pace from the casino hotels a mile to the west. Room was very quiet, couldn’t tell it was near the airport. The swans, Elvia & Priscilla, were a fun extra touch. It was not difficult to get to and from the hotel.
Cons. The bathroom in the suite was a bit dated. The TV still had analog/standard definition channels which was a bit of a letdown.
Pros. The rooms were lovely to look at and delightful to sleep in.
Cons. They lost our reservation then ran my card for the weekend rate at the hotel. We missed our dinner plans at Gordon Ramsay because we couldn't get into a room and shower on time. Hotel is in repair process looks very tacky for incoming guest. Front desk trainee did what she could to accommodate but she had no pull. Put a damper on the weekend for sure. Will never book here again
Pros. I liked it all. Close to everything.
Cons. Nothing I can really complain about. The only comment is that the decor needs updating.
