Pros: Good value, nice clean comfortable room, and very nice pool.
Cons: The location did not have a view of the lake and the breakfast was pretty sparse.
Pros: Over the past few weeks I've stayed at several places on this side of the lake to help out at a fellow franchise. This is by far the cleanest place I've stayed- maybe the cleanest ever. I wish I would have found this place weeks ago.
Cons: Not much to not like. This place is awesome.
Town & Country Motel is a great choice for a stay in Osage Beach. Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Enjoy your visit to Osage Beach with a stay at Lake House Hotel. Guests can splash around at the indoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: Our room was large and spacious and the accommodations were the epitome of luxury, by far the best place we've found at the lake!
Pros: Very nice and large rooms, no matter the size/price point. Great staff, great pool, and great restaurant located within.
Cons: Although delicious, the meals were very expensive.
Camden on the Lake Resort, Spa Yacht Club features a marina and a nightclub. Guests can grab a bite to eat at one of the 2 restaurants and visit the spa to be pampered with deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, or Ayurvedic treatments. An outdoor pool and a poolside bar are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale resort offer up nice touches like bathrobes and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: The place is huge and has lots to offer for everyone
Cons: We paid $80 for a meal for two at the bear restaurant. The service was like a turtle in molasses and the food/wine tasted downright terrible.
Pros: Shower was hot.
Cons: Other guests tromping in and out of building all hours of the night talking loudly both nights. 2:000 - 4:00 AM. Guests in adjacent building excessive drinking and loud when asked to be consderate of others I was just yelled at. Did not call security as thought the property would be patrolled but apparently not! It was apparently a group of men on a "boys" trip from Sedgwick and Butler Countues in Kansas. Too bad they didn't go to a mountain cabin to act like animals.
Room was satisfactory but musty smelling. AC ran inconsistently hot then cold poor control.
Staff in lobby unconcerned about helping find room. They drew on a map and said good luck. A manager was helping a guest next yo me and going above and beyond to sell them "best room in the house", his word, but distracted the person checking me in because she was more interested in the other people getting the best deal and room.
Cons: Blood on shower wall... everything is crazy expensive. So big if u don't rent a cart u spend half ur time walking

Pros: Everything, from check in to check out everything was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and it was all fresh and yummy. It was very clean, and the indoor pool was the perfect temperature. We use to stay at a hotel down the street, and now we will always stay here. Thank you!
Cons: The parking lot was difficult to enter and exit, but only because its right off the highway. Not exactly bad but it was just difficult. Dont let that ruin your stay though, its worth the complications!!
Pros: There was a indoor pool on site and both a fridge and microwave in our room.
Cons: My husband and I stayed here for one night and obviously booked online ahead of time. Checking in, we found out they charged us twice, then checking out we asked got a receipt given that we had payment issues and the reception clerk told us they could find a record of payment so they asked if they could charge us again. Now we have three charges for one night stay, and after a call to have them remedy this it was supposedly passed on to the general manager, but we have not heard back or seen the extra charges drop off. Good Grief.
Pros: I liked the paid option of not having housekeeping visit every day.

Pros: Is a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. Great location. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: Smoke detector was missing In our room, toilet was noisey when flushed. Breakfast is just pastries, no protein.
Pros: We have stayed here many times in the past, when the amenities were better. We had been pleased with the location and price.
Cons: There was a weird, dirty smell in the lobby (very unpleasant, since this where you eat breakfast) and the room also had a very musty odor. There was a sewer odor every time we left our room. The towels were threadbare and ripped and barely large enough to be used for hand towels!! Don't expect more than 1 tiny tube of shampoo (no conditioner) and 1 bar of soap for the sink or tub, even when staying more than 1 night!! The rooms were very noisy-we had people (kids) above us running back and forth nonstop until 1am. There were a group of drunk adults that 'set up shop' right outside our door while they played a noisy game of cornhole until 11pm--wonderful!!!
We've stayed at other places where continental breakfast included ham/sausage, eggs, toast and potatoes!!
There are too many other choices in the area-we won't be back..
Pros: I like the size of the king rooms and the updated TV. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Location next to the outlet mall is ideal.
Cons: I had to wait over 15 minutes for the desk clerk to show up. But in all fairness, it was 8pm on a subs a night, not a real busy time for the desk clerk. The bananas and orange juice at breakfast were good, so we're the cinnamon rolls. Don't expect much more.
Pros: The themed room was very nice. Comfortable bed.

Pros: I got a great night's sleep--exactly what I expected from a two star hotel--but I paid more for it than I wanted to.
Cons: There was a bug in the shower--silverfish. Other than that all was good.
Pros: The pool and hot tub
Pros: The pool and hot tub
Pros: Breakfast was good and the water hot.
Cons: It's old -with rust and chipping paint.
Cons: ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING

Cons: Should be closed during renovations! What a mess!
Pros: Loved the pontoon we rented from the marine and the location on the lake! Saw them working on all the swimming pools, but that's the only work I saw being done.
Cons: The remodeling project has been taking forever and I see very little progress in the lobby, the multi-level addition with the stream running through it, and no updating of the rooms. Our balcony door did not lock. Our air conditioning unit was ancient and never got the room cool enough in April so I can't imagine how hot rooms will be in July.
Cons: Don't be fooled by the pictures of the gorgeous lobby the bay front rooms are awful! Smells moldy, broken patio door handle, etc. we walked in the room and I about cried!! So much for a romantic 1 year anniversary trip. The smell alone made me sick! The rooms say non smoking but there was an ashtray. We left and went down the road to Camden on the lake. More expensive but WELL worth it!!!!! We will NEVER EVER go back!!
Pros: The efficiency and friendliness of the front desk and Breezes' staff (Grace). The cleanliness and size of the room. Location, Location Location for shopping and dining. The Breezes was perfect for our departure breakfast.
Pros: they have wrong room for our reservation. manager had to come to correct the mistake. it was promised a water view and we were charge more, but we did't see the water view. it was covered by trees and cars. we couldn't sleep well because, next door or across from us had the alarm going very early and it was going on for hrs and hrs, we had to get up and leave early and unplanned. it ruined our trip. bar tender need more training. he couldn't make apple martini. after he took a book to see how it is made, we canceled our order and went to our room. this is a big name hotel, not to know how to make a drink
Cons: the fire place was good. the water flow in the hotel was very nice.
Pros: Pool areas were nice.
Cons: There was no breakfast included and no refridgerator in our room for drinks etc. we didn't know we should have brought a cooler for drinks. Also didn't know there was a resort fee added to our ticket of $10.00 per night.

Pros: Pool hours were great and staff very friendly and informative! The beds were comfortable but the hotel lights make sleep impossible, way too bright right outside the rooms. If you want a cheap place to stay with nice staff stay here.
Cons: Rooms and hotel were not the cleanest, pool bathroom was not cleaned the 3 days I was there and the hotel in general is run down. Breakfast was awful, frozen bagels that were unedible, and 2% milk and no orange juice and not much choice, coffee cheap.
Cons: Carpeting and flooring were very much in need of being replaced. The carpet in the hallways was quite smelly.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Location as convient to all our activities planned
Pros: the staff were very nice
Cons: The sheets on the beds were clean, but torn in a few places, the hot tub was cold and dirty, and the pool was ice cold. I had to walk outside in the cold, to get to and from the cold pool.
Pros: The hotel was clean and met our needs. $--- inc tax, so reasonable. They have an indoor pool and hot tub open until midnight. Next door to Outlet Mall. Mexican restaurant on right side of road about 1/2 mile was awesome (cant remember the name)
Cons: Continental breakfast was very sparse; bagels, oatmeal, toast/jelly, orange juice, coffee, and milk, few doughnuts. I do think they could add bananas and maybe a waffle iron and waffle mix, blueberry muffins.
Pros: Conveniently located.
Pros: The price was reasonable. The pools were clean. The rooms were very clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. There is a ramp (and steps) to the second level. It's a cheap place to sleep.
Cons: The hotel is very outdated, but so are many hotels in that area. There was only one small soap and one squeeze packet of shampoo and conditioner, so you'll have to ask for extra.
Definitely a good price for the quality of the hotel.
Pros: Staff very nice, friendly and had an indoor pool.
Pros: Great Location!
Cons: Could use a little more updating, especially the bathrooms.
The breakfast was only doughnuts. The shampoo was in a squeeze packet like condiments in a fast food restaurant, and they only gave you one squeeze packet for us both. I can't believe the run down condition and the fear of my daughter drowning there with no reaction and still paying a nights stay .
Cons: Old,dirty, bad beds, musty smelling rooms and my parking, and my daughter's hair got stuck in the drain and almost drowned in their pool. I checked out a day early and lost my money in this dump!
not a modern motel but clean and had all we needed. if you are looking for luxury it may not be the place for you. we only needed a place to sleep so it worked for us.
Pros: friendly staff

Pros: The bed was so comfortable...staff was helpful. Very pleasant experience.
Pros: The swimming pool
Cons: The smoked in smell of the room. It is an older place and it's understandable. The TV was small and didn't work on the top half of the screen. Nice workers. Very friendly.
Cons: Room smelled like cigarette smoke. But did not ask to change rooms. It needs to be updated. No restaurants close by to walk to.
Cons: Light over the sink did not always work. Had to touch light to get it to come on.

Pros: I loved how nice the staff was especially in the face of dealing with overbooking.
Cons: I did not like being placed in a smoking room when requested non-smoking.
Pros: The staff seamed to try to work with our needs. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had more options then most.
Cons: The hotel advertises a hot tub, and exercise room. The hot tub was not hot even after I asked about it several times. The exercise equipment was run down and did not work. The WIFI was very weak and I could not even use it. We had two rooms and the phones did not work, so I had to walk to the counter every time I needed to deal with an issue. The bath room had mold in the shower.
