Pros. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean everywhere we went throughout the hotel.

Cons. Sunday night roads closed due to flooding in the area hotel didn't notify me at all I went back after a road trip an couldn't get back in after driving 7hrs they said they would refund my last night
Pros. The employees were fantastic there and very kind! The place was clean and comfortable. The bartender was a hoot! Cheryl her name was! She deserves a raise!! I loved it there! Too bad I'll never be out that way again, was there for a Army graduation. But who knows!! That trip was very special to me and the people at this Best Western were a big part of that!
Pros. Full hot breakfast buffet included with your room and the hostess is fantastic and super-friendly. When we were at the hotel, it was quiet inside and out. Offers indoor and outdoor pools that were clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff was friendly, helpful, and thorough.
Cons. The door to our balcony wouldn't close unless you put real force into making it latch. There was a constant work crew and they were not appealing to see, moving about in ragged and sleeveless shirts, torn jeans, and smoking. They also took up a large section of the front row parking with their vehicles which were not need for the work they were doing. While the hotel was fairly clean and quiet, you can tell it is an old building that needs some work done to it to improve its appearance both inside and outside. Needs better coffee makers for the rooms. The cheap little 'one-cup-at-a-time' sucks.
