10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing stay! Traditional, staff so helpful, recognise you/room numbers, etc. Friendly, lots of 5* touches! Candle in bathroom, nice toiletries, welcome cakes, good coffee. The best hot chocolate served at breakfast for children !
Cons: For the price of breakfast, it was disappointing selection when arriving at end of breakfast time.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, staff is very nice and helpful. Really liked the coziness of the hotel
Cons: Service at the restaurant could be a bit better. It would have been nice to know what was in our cheese platter and our glasses were often empty so we had to wait or ask.
5.0 Okay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Location convenient close to main train station and on tram line. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Michaels, David, and breakfast chef (who helped with our bags on morning of Sept. 9.
Cons: Elevator doesn’t work at night and needs to wait until after 8AM for someone to arrive to turn it on! We were told this was true throughout France.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, VERY close to train station, and an easy straight walk to the promenade and beach. Beds were very comfy, staff were very lovely and the FREE access to drinks (water bottles, soft drinks and coffee machine) was awesome!
Cons: -
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff fantastic Great linens Wonderful duvet Loved free water, soda, coffee, tea in breakfast room 24 hours
Cons: Nothing
6.5 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Key disadvantage: no refrigerator. Small spaces, non-functional bathroom, Bad air condition, old and cramped elevator.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very close to the sea (approx. 15 minutes walk or two stations only), as a highlight we got a nice balcony next to the street and could enjoy some fresh air every night - great! Altogether clean rooms and quiet stay.
Cons: Due to the extremely positive feedbacks we expected something special, in our case the balcony was definitely a great surprise. Without that you get a normal 4* room without special comfort, cupboard or minibar (in our case). One negative aspect is certainly the breakfast room which is VERY small and narrow, luckily we had not booked any breakfast before.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable superior room with lot of natural light. Christo at the reception was very helpful .
Cons: There were no tea making facility in the room. Would be nice to have an electric kettle.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good aircondition Very friendly staff Central location I got a balcony
Cons: It was not sound proof The bathroom was impractical, one had to go in behind the toilet to close the door so that you could access the shower behind the door.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great reception concierge staff, especially Mihaela.
Cons: Notorious area for pick-pocketers - which we experienced.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Front desk and chef for breakfast exceptionally friendly
Cons: Elevator out of sorts
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. Close to the tram so you could easily get where you want to go.
Cons: No coffee in the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a very cosy apartment-hotel. Fully equipped. Very comfortable beds. Close to supermarket and the seaside. Very pleasant personnel.
Cons: Everything was fine. :-)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Changing the sheets more often
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well situated for all attractions
Cons: Prepayment well before arrival
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice terrace, nice appartment
Cons: Far from train station
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location near to beach
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, clean room and a friendly and helpful staff. We liked our stay at Villa Velvet very much. The place s close to the beach and restaurants, yet conveniently far from the main street and thus silent and quiet, enabling for a nice terrace breakfasts. Staff was very friendly and supportive, we received umbrellas and some extra beach stuff for free to enjoy the sun time. Building and rooms are clean and modern, cleaned every day. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen (the larger room had a washing maschine which was totally cool). Villeneuve-Loubet is a small town which looks as a typical summer seaside village, but once you discover the old village you will find it amazing. Also, it is very close to Nice, Moncao, Eze and also some fantastic cities like Saint Paul de Vence or Valbonne (totally recommended!). Overall, a very good location for a vacation stay!
Cons: We had two rooms, the smaller one had a great terrace for morning breakfasts or evening wine discussions. The larger was more comfortable due to size, but the two points potentially worth mentioning: there were a separate toilet room and a separate shower room (located at opposite parts of the apartment). This was ok, but in the toilet there were no sink to wash hands, so you need to go the shower room. Kinda weird design I must say. The other thing you should be aware is that the room located on ground zero at the back of the building is a bit dark - it has an own small garden patio but is a bit hidden from sun. Not a huge disadvantage but clearly visible as compared to front side rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was excellent. A small studio but lovely and clean. The small kitchenette was well appointed with excellent oven and microwave - mind you we only used it to heat our morning croissants! The women at reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English, slightly better then my French. Supermarket and good restaurants nearby. We had.a car so getting to Nice was not.a problem but public transport was not quite so frequent as the location is outside the main Nice bus routes but there is a train station not far away. All in all an excellent place to stay.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, Villa Velvet was in the perfect location. Our apartment was cleaned every day and the staff were very welcoming and friendly - their English was far better than our poor French! The apartment was very secure - we had our own key and a code to come and go at our leisure.
Cons: The room was a little small - we stayed in a studio apartment - but we did have 6 weeks worth of luggage with us!

Pros: Service, interiors, museum, breakfast...everything is at high level!
Cons: No view or air if the window with inner “garden”.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: House keepers are very good, cleaning twice a day. Salons and lounges are epic! Cooking is brilliant! Room and common areas decor is fabulous!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cleanliness, and attentive staff are unparalleled.
Cons: N/A
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the food, the personel, the elevator
Cons: The whole hotel has more feeling of the old luxury hotel from last century. Hotel needs a complete fresh up. On the other hand it would be a waste of a piece history and old fashioned taste.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Decor of room and hotel was magnificent as always The staff were friendly and efficient which made our stay very pleasurable and the revamped La Ronde looked great and the food was terrific
Cons: The bathroom flooded when having a shower over bath tub which was simply unworkable and irritated me immensely at the time making me reluctant to stay again although our previous stays have been great with Thierry indulging my wife with photos each year
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fresh buffet breakfast is served each morning at the ' La Rotonde restaurant' but its a shame they have refurbished it recently, i was so badly wanting to see the Carousel in its glory which would have added to the quirkiness of the hotel. We sat on most days on the terrace, outside the restaurant to be able to enjoy the views, our table overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The food and the views were worth it !! The few best things about this hotel are its excellent location , its also beautifully decorated inside with art and antiques everywhere and has a beautiful period fully functioning lift from a by gone era of quality. They also have a relationship with the beach across the street so you are able to just walk a few steps and be on your sunbed in no time. From Grace Kelly and Micheal Jackson, from the Beatles to Liz Taylor, the list of internationally known stars that have graced the Negresco is impressive. This has been listed by the government of France as a National Historic Building and you can see it on most postcards of Nice .Your always in awe, thinking whether this is a Hotel or a Museum.
Cons: Our Rivoli rooms were the nicely refurbished one albeit the air con was difficult to operate and the room was very warm. Also the staff at the check in was a tad bit grumpy maybe she had a bad day other that that , but other than that , it was great!!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Excellent location , good food.
Cons: Stuff were very dismissive and unhelpful at all. Very disappointing. Rooms weren’t clean enough.
6.0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We received a room with a sea view which made it hard for us to leave it every day. Hotel is doing a great job in maintaining the authenticity of the rooms. Valet service was always prompt irrespective of the time of day/night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, stuff friendly , hotel beautiful itself
Cons: Bed and pillows could be more comfortable
6.0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of things to choose from, and it was nice to sit outside in the garden to eat. Secure onsite parking was nice and appreciated, and for 5 Euros, was a good deal! Exceeded my expectations for sure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, greeting us with smiles always! The double room was very spacious, immaculately clean with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was again extremely clean with fresh towels and linen provided daily. We were able to make use of the Chantilly's parasols and beach mats for free which made our time on the beach much more comfortable. On our last day we took the breakfast and it was fantastic! Home made cakes, fresh bread, croissants, fresh fruit, cheese, meats....the list goes on! We would not hesitate to return to the Chantilly on our next visit to Cagnes Sur Mer.
Cons: Nothing, everything was fabulous!

7.9 Good
Pros: Relatively close to the seashore and to the Nice Airport, an alternative place to Nice where it’s too expensive in high season. The owner staffs are very nice. She recommended us aux Planches restaurant. We had two great dinners there.
Cons: The bathroom dose not have a ventilation system!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast comfort bed!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Frederique and Gerard were great hosts. They were so welcoming. Try to remember when an owner helped you with your bags to your room or showed you around the breakfast buffet. The location id superb. Close to train station and beach. Dozens of good restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard for me bit my wife was just fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach, city centre and train station. Lovely terrace to have breakfast. Wonderful hosts, thoughtful and considerate. Comfortable, clean and good size room.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a charming hotel beside the Hippodrome, where there are sulky races on hot summer nights. It's a short walk to a nice, although rather pebbly beach, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hosts are welcoming and polite, and the breakfast - outside in a secluded front garden area - is simple but pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast buffet area is rather small and if there are other guests staying, it gets a bit crowded. At one point in our stay there was a strong odour from the toilets.

Cons: The rooms! They're fine but there was absolutely no where to put anything. Our room had one lawn chair. It was weird. It all feels a little too Miami Vice with the colors. Felt slightly Miami-ish/Golden Girls. Bottom floor was noisy with window open.

4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Over-priced. Really basic uncomfortable room for 350 euros a night! Unwelcoming staff. Uncomfortable beds. Unresponsive management—we told them we were unhappy with room, but they didn’t care.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely lovely hotel, very attractive and pleasant ambiance, wonderful convenient location near the old town, charming professional efficient pleasant staff, we had a superior double room which was spacious, elegant and with a small private enclosed terrace... couldn't have been nicer.... good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool was a bonus.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Huge room with huge balcony. Very friendly staff. Restaurant on site. Nice pool. You could order drinks at the pool, but not food. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, sight seeing.
Cons: Restaurant was expensive. Tiny rooftop gym was actually charming, but equipment was outdated, no water, no circulation. I suspect it doesn’t get used much, so I appreciated that it was even there.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great view from room overlooking the sea and seafront. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: The hotel rooms were tired looking, hotel needs to be modernized. Breakfast selection was not great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Responsiveness of staff to our needs.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, great shower, fantastic air conditioning - rocked all the boxes for us.
Cons: Location and room fab. Great pool area too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. Our room felt warm and a fan was promptly provided. The old town was a short walking distance from the hotel and the elevator up to castle hill is next to the hotel. The pool was wonderful and nestled among the cliff side. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is great, cannot beat it really. Right next to Old Nice, in front of the beach and still walking distance to the main shopping street. I also liked the balcony of my room and the roof (not the "fitness center" though).
Cons: In general my stay was disappointing. Firstly, it is a terrible value for money place. The only great thing is the location. I paid 550 Euros for a small okay room (with a great balcony however). The breakfast was okay at best. I am a big eggs in the morning guy and they just looked watery and ill. I did not even try them. The other hot option was sausages, and what am I going to eat sausages without eggs?! I was there for a night so I also had dinner. I had work to do so ordered room service. Next morning I woke up with an upset stomach and still have one. I ordered a caesar salad and smoked salmon. Clearly something was not clean.. (I did not eat something else). I had to drive all the way to Cinque Terre the next morning and that was not pleasant at all. The fitness center is outdated with one treadmill, one bicycle and one elliptical. I felt like I was going to fall off the elliptical. In my eyes, management feels complacent due to the location, the views (yeah it looks great in photos) and history of the building. My advice is sell it to someone that can do a better job of taking care of their guests. I actually noticed in Nice that a lot of hotels are not part of a chain and have a great location but just look sad. It defaced the city. Seems like a problem to me. I am not particularly a fan of large chains, I have been to many great independent hotels and boutiques (one the previous night in Aix, called Maison d'Aix gave it 10/10). But when the original owners and management grow complacent, it is not a great look for the city. A 7.1/10 is a gift when taking into account the value of money.

Cons: I ordered in room service for breakfast, and there were quite limited options which were mostly just bread considering the price. I would have been better off getting breakfast from a nearby cafe. rooms are quite small , but I guess it value for money.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were super friendly and the bed was incredibly comfy.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Hotel Villa Victoria and we had a brilliant stay. The hotel is In a great location approximately 15 minute drive from the airport; 5 minute walk to Pedestrian Street where there is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars; 10 minute walk to the promenade / beach and around 15-20 minutes into the Old Town. When we arrived the reception staff were extremely friendly and informative and provided us with a map and suggestions for dinner. The room was slightly on the smaller side however, it was perfect for what we needed as we mainly used it as a base for our trip. Each day we were provided with clean towels and clean bed sheets and complimentary bottles of water. Sadly I only got to meet the resident cat once, but the garden is lovely to sit out of an evening.
Cons: The rooms were slightly on the smaller side

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was a perfect choice for our 4 nights getaway and my birhtday vacation! The welcoming was unexpected and a very pleasant surprise, there were a birthday surprise in room when we arrived. The room and the hotel were very clean, it was cozy, breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect - not a far from beach, restaurants and from railway station if you want to go to Monaco or Cannes like we did. I can honestly recommend this hotel. We even met the hotel manager and she was very friendly - like we'd know each others!
Cons: I can't complain about anything.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: La Malmaison Nice Boutique Hôtel An Ascend Collection Member is a charming small little hotel. I love the big balcony windows and a tiny ledge for admiring the city. Location is amazing, you can walk down to the beach in less than 5 minutes. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants dotted around the hotel. We are on our Euro trip around and easily found a self service laundry shop for our clothes nearby the hotel. The hotel has a unique decor and we were happy to stay here instead of big chain hotels.
Cons: When we arrived - to our dismay., the air conditioning did not work in the hotel due to a break down. It is ,I’d summer with 40 degrees celcius temperature so it was a bit of a let down. But they provided us with a standing fan and we opened the window during the night . Temperature was a lot cooler but we were unfortunately woken up by drunk people creating a ruckus on the street on the way back home.

10.0 Excellent

7.1 Good
Pros: Location was great, staff were friendly, lockers in the room were large, common areas had plenty of seating, beds had privacy curtains, beds were fairly comfortable, modern interiors, AC works well
Cons: The 5 EUR breakfast was very disappointing, do yourself a favor and get a fresh sandwich from a cafe nearby for 3-4 EUR. The 4 bed mixed room was very tight on space, there wasn't enough room for more than one person to move about. The price was fairly expensive for what it was. The bathrooms were uncomfortable and the tiles had a significant amount of mold. During my stay, there wasn't much feeling of welcoming in the hostel. There weren't any hostel events and the bar was generally closed/empty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: frendly staff, clean room and good location
6.3 Good
Pros: Free coffee
Cons: Very expensive for a bed in a small room. The city was full fir the WC 70.3 Ironman so I feel they took advantage if this and raised their prices.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, location was great.
Cons: Overpriced for the quality it offers. In the bathroom there was a huge mold. Breakfast not really meeting the expectations..

Pros: I booked this hotel mostly for the pool which was perfect in every way. However, the staff were also great and very helpful. The breakfast was nice but could do with a bit more options although the croissants every morning were delightful. I would definitely come back again.
Cons: No fridge in room!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Everything I needed for easy access to the airport. Very helpful multi-lingual staff. Secure property with standard amenities.
Cons: Lack of on-premises or nearby lunch and evening dining.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very confortable
Cons: I had To take a taxi To go To train station, however the reception called a táxi, the táxi driver was Not very honest regarding the change of money. The hotel must have attention To advise the clients about. Tks
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were outstanding.
6.8 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and relatively comfortable. Bedding was nice. Parking garage below could be purchased from desk at 15 euros/day. It was a very reasonable price compared to the regular garage parking.
Cons: The hotel was very difficult to find. Getting from the parking below to the hotel was complicated as there is no signage in the garage as to where you need to go to get to the hotel. The temperature in the room was very cold and could not be warmed up as they had switched to air conditioning mode only. Had to go to the hotel next door and ask for ice. The printer did not work to print boarding passes. Only a couple TV stations were in English and all but Disney was news.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast buffet with an airport shuttle and very close to the train line that goes directly into Nice with a 10-15min frequency
9.6 Excellent
Pros: So close to the tram, bus & airport. Great free shuttle
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location swimming pool
Cons: Small room
6.0 Good
Pros: Great hotel for overnight stay before an early flight. Helpful staff. Basic but spotlessly clean room. Very good value
Cons: Location close to the airport is good, but it took almost an hour to find the hotel. Local construction work isn't helping, so we could see the hotel, but couldn't work out how to get to it. Would be helpful if hotel posted better directions on their site
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly and supporting staff. Really liked and had good time. Staffed helped with whatever we asked and it gave us great stay.
Cons: There was no cattle inside room and no small fridge to store some vine or food for the day. But it wasn't the deal breaker to us. Our price for the room wasn't cheap, though, everything in Nice is very expensive, so can't complain too much.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean easy great breakfast and nice location more like a Youth Hostel without frills bunk bed style single beds. We came later from overseas the maid walked into our room at 9 am without a knock! Awkward
Cons: Pass

7.9 Good
Pros: Good hotel. A bit old but have a nice garden and rooms were ok. Bathroom could be bigger.
Cons: Price
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, breakfast provision all very good.
Cons: Although not a major issue, maid service was a little lacking in some ways. For example: shower gel not replenished, we had to enquire at reception for a replacement; soap and milk cartons in room not replenished daily; tissues not replenished when run out. Also, the thin joining strip between the hard floor surface and carpeting in the room was not fixed down properly, we had to bang it into place with a shoe.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The garden terrace was exceptionally nice! Location is perfect and close to train station and the sea.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed only one night, we took room for four people,it was sopresilee very good room, loved the shweer very recommended hotel, very clean and the staff is great
7.7 Good
Pros: Room was nice, plenty of space for our family of four, beds were comfortable. It's close to the train station and a very short walk to the beach/water, and the main street with shopping and restaurants. Couldn't have been a better location and the neighborhood was quiet.
Cons: Had an incident where the staff told us our breakfast came with the room, then they later charged us for breakfast. Staff member said he never told us that, even though he gave us a tour of the breakfast room. We paid, but were surprised that the hotel basically accused of lying. A 4 star hotel at that price has clients like us who can afford breakfast, so it was strange that they made us feel as if we were trying to skip out on our bill. Other than that, we had a nice stay and the staff was very accommodating.
7.1 Good
Pros: We have stayed here before - in fact last year. After long flight from Australia we find it convenient with good restaurants close by, easy walk along Promenade des Anglais and easy to pick up a rental car at the Nice train station. Breakfast was good and the staff pleasant.
Cons: We booked a Superior Room again but it was no where near as nice as the room we had last year. It was very shabby with chipped paint, skirting boards coming away at the wall and noticeable damp on the wall near the bathroom. It was smaller also.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very comfortable within short walk of the beach and also the town centre. The staff are so genuinely friendly it feels like home. Strongly recommend.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast with delicious capuccino. Nice that you can borrow towels for the beach for free. Staff was friendly and as soon as we arrived drew a map for us with the main points of interest in the surrounding area. It made us feel very welcome and excited to get to know Nice. Also, they allowed us to leave our luggage upon arrival (before check in time) and after check out in a storage room while we started to explore around the area and enjoy the beach. The hotel’s building looks beautiful and the external garden is really pleasant and cute.
Cons: The furniture over the room’s desk was a bit dusty. Upon booking we thought the stay was pricey, but given the location and the facilities + breakfast included, we eventually think it was fair.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very close to everything
Cons: Staff was great and property is very well maintained
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location, friendly helpful front desk staff location excellent, near the beach
Cons: small room
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely attentive and helpful especially the staff on reception. Breakfast was excellent
Cons: Everything was good.

Recently renovated, the hotel allies the Belle Epoque style and the modern and contemporary decoration. Meals can be taken either on the terrace facing the sea or in the restaurant with a view over the open kitchen. Seven meeting rooms totaling more than 440 square meters, two of which are Belle Epoque style, can host all sorts of events up to 200 guests. The hotel’s Le Spa 27, offers 400 square meters of relaxation with five treatment cabins, a sauna, a steam room, a Jacuzzi® and a heated pool with counter current swimming and aqua bikes. Guests can relax and take advantage of the beach or go for a walk on the magnificent Promenade des Anglais. Several museums are available within few minutes from the hotel.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It is right in front of the beach
Cons: I had the superior room which was smaller than a standard room. My bag hardly could open in that small room. The furniture was extremely old. The sliding door to the cupboard was stuck and didn’t move at all. The carpet was unclean with stain marks clearly visible. The bathroom had a hissing noise all the time. The water didn’t clear in the bathtub and just stayed there for half an hour. There were no amenities provided. No bathrobes. No slippers. And the towels had stinking smell. Overall just a horrible place. More like a motel than a hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Its very beautiful
5.4 Okay
Pros: The service. Check in very smooth.
Cons: Tiny room. Very noisy, can hear the cars pass by.
7.9 Good
Pros: Perfect location, one of a kind view from the sea side room, friendly staff, big comfortable bed
Cons: The room was not looking like as presented on the website (it was smaller), although the view was one of a kind. I expected more from a junior suite for that price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Position, service and the view from the room
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was amazing so close to get around Nice, lots within walking distance. A great choice of in-house movies at no cost included in room price a great view of the promenade
Cons: minimal breakfast only 2 juices to choose from, toaster did not work it was all self serve, make you own tea and coffee, just lacked something, The room service menu very small. The spa service was disappointing you have to pay to access pool, minimal of 2hrs 50 euro each time, towel in spa was just a hand towel. the was no turn down service and it just felt very minimal in room clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good range of foods.
Cons: Spa
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Closer to the beach and old village. Clean and nice
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great service and a balcony overlooking the prom des Anglais
Cons: Rooms are quite small but worth it
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location and the view from our room was perfect. The bar was nice to enjoy a drink before going out for dinner.
Cons: No assistance with luggage. The bathroom was very small for the size of the room booked. The beach cost was 50 Euro per day for 2 lounges, towels and umbrella. It is run separately and not part of the hotel. On booking.com it states it has a private beach which is not correct. Also I could not get a booking for a manicure in the spa during my stay.

4.6 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: disappointing, The room was not clean, we found a rotted banana on the balcony, hairs on the pillows...
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I left a bag with a 100 euro pair of swimming shorts there. Called them to ask about it 1 day later they said none of the staff turned anything in, that they would call me back the next day which they never did...
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel was beautiful
Cons: Road works right outside our room, which started at 6.30 am each weekday ,not being able to open the French doors because of noise and dust. Asked to move rooms they said they were full but there were rooms available on their website and yours. We also asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel but wrre refused We should have been told about the roadworks. Very expensive 5 star hotel, not happy , if we had been told we would have chosen a different hotel. This reflects in booking.com not just the hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice bed ! near the beach ! Beautiful room !
Cons: Few types of breakfast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice, location at 2 blocs from beach and close to busy center, a nice and clean cozy hotel
Cons: Size of room is a bit compact
8.8 Excellent
Pros: very good position nice "vintage" style great staff
Cons: no car slot for loading/unloading (!) need to stop in the middle of the road missing bathroom courtesy set elevator loves to stop every floor.. be patient
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely decorations, furniture and wallpapers in the rooms. It was nice to have a little sink in the “kitchen-entrance” as well as the welcome kit with water, tea and coffee.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful people. Especially Romanian lady and Mr Alain from the reception were always so joyful and made our days happy. Rooms are spacious. Location of the hotel is superb, very close to everything. We didn't take a taxi or bus even one time within one week as all main attractions are accessible by walking
Cons: Very limited amount of TV channels in English, it was only one or two with news. It could be better if more known English channels available on TV since it is such a touristic city and after all day walking and enjoying it there was nothing to watch. The basic cleaning was done regularly however as we noticed floor was not cleaned in the room at all, only in bathroom
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast spread was good for the price.
Cons: Bigger space could be better
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great and very helpful. Close to the beach and valueable for cost
6.7 Good
Pros: Location beside the beach and you have everything around you, market, restaurants and shopping also the room was so big.
Cons: cleaning for the room was not good two days I have to ask reception to clean my room, breakfast was so poor there was no place even for restaurant, we eat our breakfast on a hall of reception, I lost my mobile there and the staff was not helpful on that.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was SO SO GOOD- totally worth it. The staff, especially Jerome, was super friendly and helpful and upbeat. The AC worked beautifully. The bathroom was nice as well; great lighting and a heated rack to dry your clothes. Location was amazing; with a boulangerie, atms, and a supermarket across the street and of course... it’s literally two blocks from the beach!
Cons: The beds were weird. It wasn’t a Queen it was two full beds shoved together. Also when we arrived we noticed that the bathroom floor could’ve used another cleaning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our experience was excellent with the hotel. We got delayed so had to push the reservation a couple of days. That was done very smoothly.. the hotel has a very refreshing ambiance right from when you enter and the staff.
Cons: Nothing to complain !
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Really helpful staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean and modern. I enjoyed the on site bar too!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfortable room, lovely breakfast, friendly staff.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The style of the room was fine.
Cons: Watered down toiletries, very small room. There was a desk attached the wall and the space between the end of the bed and the desk was about 3 inches, so to get to my side of the bed, I routinely hit my leg on the desk. For over $200 per night I would expect more amenities.
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent location. Close to everything: beach, shops, restaurants, old town, but not too noisy. No parking, but easy to find public parking or roadside parking close-by. Late check-out time. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Doors are bit too old to be closed quietly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is near all the shops 10 min and restaurants 1 min . Very near from the breach 3 min A wonderful location and stuff Very good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff Close to everything A little neighborhood!
Cons: All nice
6.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to the boardwalk and fun of the active night life.
Cons: Cheap rooms, uncomfortable mattresses, subpar soundproofing so we could hear every conversation in other rooms and in the hallway, very mediocre breakfast, I mean it was very poor -- even easy to please kids didn't want it. The "happy" hour was lemon juice for kids or water. Lemon juice is not lemonade and terrible olives and terrible wine. Not up to snuff for the price paid. More like a 1 or 2 star hotel to me.
7.5 Good
Pros: Amazing location, clean and fresh fit-out.
Cons: Breakfast was garbage and incredibly difficult to navigate with even a small amount of other guests.
7.7 Good
Pros: The best part of this hotel is Mwa the front desk manager. She was wonderful to work with.
Cons: I thought the rooms could use some minor upgrades: better bedspreads, pillows and sheets. Bathrooms need better soap, shampoo, etc. Cutting those corners costs a lot in experience.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was good. Nice and cool which was good after a day of sweating. Big kudos to the excellent staff! Very friendly people. Actually helped my girlfriend with the luggage when I was wrongly parked on the street (see negative point). But the welcoming feeling of the staff, and the good room this is definitely a good choice if you want to explore the region of Nice.
Cons: The breakfast was a little on the expensive side. Choices were OK but had better. If you want to unload your bags, be prepared to park on the street because there is no temporary parking (you have a parking but it is quite expensive and narrow for bigger cars).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Me and my husband spent the weekend here in Nice. The bed was very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely! Overall a great stay at the hotel in a good location. Only (approx) 5 minute drive to a big shopping complex with a wide variety of shops and A 6/10 minute taxi ride to the promenade. Would highly recommend trying 'Le Kashmir' indian restaurant! The food was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel and city to anyone!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was nice inside, only spent on night there but I would stay again. Thought the room were nice, happy the AC worked cause it was hot out.
Cons: Parking wasn't the easiest, not a super easy to find the place. I think more signs would be good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to the airport and cap 3000, the big shopping mall. There's no restaurant serving food, just tapas, cheese and charcuterie. You can order food from outside and eat at the tables. there's a small bar, also reception, with just red/white wine and champagne. There's breakfast available. There's also parking for a fee.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were on a British Airways flight that was cancelled and so were about 40 other guests who your hotel was not expecting that night. Your staff on duty went above and beyond to help everyone. Their professionalism and great customer service was excellent and they are a credit to your organisation. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation for all their help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The night manager was incredible - a lot of delayed flights and numerous customers turning up at 1 in the morning and he did an awesome job to receive and get us all to bed!
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were all friendly, accommodating and helpful.
Cons: There was only a single member of staff working on the (late) evening of our arrival. Since it seemed that 2 large parties then arrived, we were unable to get any further drinks from the bar, which is adjacent to/part of the reception area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good with good easy bus connections. All the staff at reception were absolutely amazing. I would go as far as to say it's the best experience I have ever had. They accommodated our parties every request and beyond. As 5 motorbiker's new to the city they had underground parking which was a massive bonus.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly modernised. Cool and comfortable
Cons: Underground parking difficult
