It is clearly the worst hotel I have ever sstayed in my life. The hotel smelled bad, the room was like a couchette in an old commercial boat and the breakfast I paid extra had no dishes to use and the staff refused to give me one.
when i checked out
i felt that i stayed in a prison, I understood that it would be basic but this was the worse hotel i stayed in
My room smelled like a dirty ashtray. I have stayed in Premier Classe hotels elsewhere in France and they were a lot less expensive and nicer.
The smell in my roomThe orange juice tasted like orange juice, very sweetThe coffee was not good
Sorry its not possible to write anything positive about this hotel. It was completely woeful. The only bright spot was that when we complained the person in charge moved us into another, marginally less woeful room.
I should've looked at the other reviews of this hotel before I booked. It stank of cigarettes. It had the atmosphere of a prison rather than a hotel. The sheets on the bed were so small they did not cover the mattress. It was impossible to breathe in the room (we ordered a nonsmoking room. When we complained we were told management couldnt stop people smoking in nonsmoking rooms). No soap or hairdryer supplied, cracks in the walls, noise from adjoining rooms came straight through the walls. In our view the place needs to be demolished. And all this for only 10 euros less than what we paid the previous night to stay at a top hotel in the heart of Brussels!
it was a place to sleep
finding the hotel was very difficult, rooms smelled very smoky
Distanceto a metro - but you can use the bus to get their
toilet was dirty, shower head was broken, water from sink soaked the top of the unit and wet the toilet roll through, place needed a good clean
Staff extremely friendly
Poor Transport links if not in car
Plenty of parking
Very rudimentary accommodation
