We needed a hotel in the area of the air port and it was a pleasant experience. Nice room, we ate at the restaraunt and it was very good.
Do-it-yourself coffee. Not very clean corridor.
When it was time to leave!!! First of all le bourget is is a dump!! Not the hotels fault it is at least at the better end of town. When you arrive the hotel is in an industrial estate and has its own security fencing!! The local police also stay at the hotel which might explain the constant banging of doors and noise throughout our two day stay. When complaining about the noise at two in the morning on checkout it was suggested that phoning reception would have sorted the problem? The hotel appears a mixture of old and modern, the bathroom facilites in our rooms needed updating with old stained fittings and corroded mirrors. The rooms were a good size but at 75euros a night with no breakfast or free wifi just to expensive and this was only in november. Disappointed!!
I the staff was the most rude staff i have come across,we got the room different and much smaller for 3 people as we booked for and rather we booked and confirmed another room on booking .com,after complaining about broken window handles, broken and immovable curtains ,no water in room many many other things..and the most ineffecient staff..looking as is the staff doesnt like to work and love to be boss instead and treat their guest as their staff..believe its the truth ..i will never stay in any novotel groups..
price was very attractive location is terrible. I would reccomend this hotel only in case you come with a car
Clean, weekend ran really smoothly. Hard to find, need more information about how to get to hotel for tourists.
The hotel was undergoing renovations and everything was covered in plastic - this should have been mentioned on hotel site
The hotel rooms were smelly (smoke smell when I reserved a non-smoking room) with used coffee and sugar wrapper left on a desk in one room, and cigarette butts in an ashtray by the open window in the other. Needless to say it is not the type of room you would like to walk into when you walkin with kids at 11pm.
comfort & very child friendly difficult to get to esp ecially if buses cancelled
It was easy to drive to and from as we came from the UK. It was a bit further from the station than we thought and the taxi was very very expensive.
I didn't like! I asked a non-smoking room but when I arrived in hotel they gave me a smoking room, dirty and bad-smelling.
Checking out, we should have stayed for longer than 1 night the service was so bad we left
It was convenient. They closed the dining room without notice and there is extremely limited options for food other than the hotel. There were no maps of the area available. The phone in one of our rooms did not work.
helpful staff it did not feel very clean and the mattress was far too soft.
Fucking wilderness I give 2 stars.Too far from any civilization
Wireless, near to airport The first room allocated to me, the air-conditional controller is not functioning. Hotel need to be upgraded.
I really enjoyed that they cleaned the room every day. I thought the service was very poor. On a saturday evening it was not possible to get anything to drink.. The hotel is very old and in the middle of nowhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, even during a busy exhibition period.
The service in general was good. The hairdryer was out of order, and when I rang reception to ask for a replacement I was told I must come down and collect it. As I was naked with and dripping hair, I think that this was unreasonable. I had to wait some time for a staff member to bring it to my room. The airconditioning did not seem ot be functioning either.
Free parking was good. Single/twin beds really small. Service was poor, waiting staff don't seem bothered.
The staff in the reception area and restaurant were very pleasant and you felt welcome. As a business traveller I found it very nice and convenient to be able to make coffee in my room. I also think that putting snacks in the bar area in the evening obviously creates a nice a varm atmosphere that invite one to sit down and relax with a beer or drink. As I had my dinner 3 evenings in a row at the hotel I found the a la carte somewhat limited. It would not have noticed it if I only were to have my dinner one or two evenings. However, the food I had was quite okay.
Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude. We didn't stay in paris Long enough. At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide. There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport. The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
Very modern and clean. Good service and in-room amenities. Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out Walking distance to the Airport price was a little higher
very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Very modern. I loved the lights in the room and the view of the runway. The restaurant/bar was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was my favorite place to stay on business so far.
Easy, convenient access to Charles de Gaulle airport. Free wifi. Rooms are small but use space efficiently, so there was enough room for everything.
Very close to cdgval, efficient and clean. Many dining options but basic food. Rooms are very basic.
big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area. room shower smelled mouldy.
Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
No free internet
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was. I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed. I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful. Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
Efficient staff The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere. The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
Reception staff very helpfull, food ok . Large bed. Access to Paris, bus 620 opposite hotel to local rer station then train to central Paris. Awfull room, choice of suffocation if window closed or deafness from road traffic if window was opened. Outside floodlights required curtains to be drawn all the time at night. All in all a very miserable little concrete box.
Staff very helpful and friendly The hotel is a little old and tired. The food was not particulary good.
Clean good size room, near the Charles DeGalle Paris Airport. Good full breakfast to start your day with, decent price.
Clean; equipment of the room confortable, mainly the bed It's indicated that we can leave in the rer station of Blanc-Mesnil, but after the surprise is to have to walk for 25 minutes razonable speed to reach the hotel. This is mainly a handicap when we arrive by night which was the case.
value for money
Overall quality of accommodation and service very good Wheelchair access blocked for duration of stay - this made coming and going from the hotel each day very complicated
Value for money Staff should have more information for visiting important tourist attractions in Paris
Perfect location for those who visit SIAL exhibition. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything is well organized. Breakfast was poor. Hotel need to improve it.
Surroundings and location Room condition, bed size / linen quality, room ambience
My wife and I stayed here on our second visit to Paris. Breakfast spread was good and fresh. The price is affordable and the location was very close to the airport. There was no iron,no view, coffee maching was filthy and it was way too far from the city. The coffee at breakfast was always cold and there is no shuttle service to the airport.
Staff is very kind. Kitchen facilities are always very clean. There was a leaking under the basin in the bathroom. Also it was dust around WC.
Near to Villepinte Exhibition area (10min by taxi, 15min by bus). Gas station 200m, market 1km, mall 1,5km. Poor breakfast.
have a kitchen, could boil eggs dirty room, very bad breakfast.
Having the use of the kitchenette, and the size of the studio. Also very cheap wifi access. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were very bad. Also no kettle or full size mugs.
Good price during the exhibition comparing with all other hotels around. They did not change your towel in a week ! Poor breakfast.
Price/Quality, free parking During 5 days of my stay naobody make the clean of the room.
Nothing dont suggest to stay in this hotel
It is convenient that there is a coin laundry. The bed is sofa-bed, however mattress is thick enough to sleep. Pillow is actualy a cushion. It was too soft for me. Internet connection is good. There was no TV in the room.
Nothing in particular. On booking.com search, it comes up as a hotel located close to charles D,gaulle airport. However,it is over 20Km from the airport. "Le Blanc Mesnil" is another city. Not even Paris. The beds are not proper beds. These are Sofa-beds. Taxi fare to this hotle and back to the airport was around 60 euros.
close to charles du galle airport hard to enter complex of hotel.
Clean and friendly. Very good value for money. Environment
The drain of the showerroon was heavily stucked due to poor cleaning. The cleaning of the hotel staff after our complaint was not professional at all, etither.
No services on Saturday. No courtesy bus. No restaurant. No bar. Few taxis. Not mentioned on your desription that there are no services.
extremely bad food, the reception recomended taxi charged the double fare to the airport.Never book this hotel - highh price and total service failure.
The only thing which we actually liked was the fact, that there was a room to sleep in. The breakfast was very poor and the area has a very bad reputation, which we learned, as our car was broken into during the night. Hotel is placed in an industrial area with no possibility of guarded parking, which makes it a paradise for thieves, which the local police also told us. Do not park your car outside this hotel. Extremely limited range of products at the breakfast eventhough the price was the same as in many other hotels. Cashier had extremely limited amount of money, which meant that we only paid for the room, as they could not give back for the breakfast payment.
Simple 1-2 star hotel. Small rooms, but adequate for a simple overnighter. Typical french sleep-and-go hotel
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean. Hotel has its own restaurant although we chose a takeaway(leaflets at reception desk) which was ordered by the reception staff and delivered to our room. Good value for money. Would suit overnight stop for business. Cleaner walked into room early morning and then spent the next hour and a half trying to get in, so be warned if you are on the fourth floor as she starts there first. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Place is a bit of a nightmare to find even with a sat nav.
no restorant around very far from metro
address of hotel on website booking conformation is incorrect, this caused a nightmare trying to find the hotel. The rooms in this hotel are very, very, very small.
Proximity to airport for morning flight claimed to have internet access on website but did not no a/c phone did not work elevator had putrid odour rooms quite small
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
been connect to the airport and to the train station
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
Location and price nothing it was all good
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
Excellent location, virtually 20 minutes to gate. Very nice staff at reception and quick check-in. Would appreciate if extra blankets are provided. Can be quite cool at night. A/C did not seem to heat up sufficiently.
It´s location, easy to walk there and easy to walk to the next flight. Room service was efficient. The service in the restaurant. They told me to wait for a while to attend me. After 10 minutes waiting I left.
Location was great. Very quiet rooms. Our second room had numerous small problems. I'm sure if I contacted the staff it could have been corrected. But sometimes, you just want to go to sleep.
Convienience - right in the airport Shower was inoperative and only one bathsize towel, until I requested more.
Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle. Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Only the location Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.
Proximity to Airport The Air conditional didn't work Speed of the internet connection was really poor
The special offer that made it possible for us to stay there, the positive attitude of the staff, the excellent breakfast included in the price, the spacy and beautifully and practically equipped room, the welcome gift. Because our arrival at the airport by plane was late, we didn't want to risk not to get into central Paris by public transport that late evening/night due to delays, therefore it was essential to stay at a hotel as close as possible to the airport - like this one - to continue to the airport early the next day. Nothing special.
We loved everything! Very comfy room (Club Room), with a bathroom with shower and bath separated, spacius, minibar, tv, a veeery comfy bed and pillows. And the location! Superb! The hotel is inside terminal 2e at Paris -cdg . If you have a conection, as we had, you have at your feet the airport itself, the tvg and Trains from and to Paris/Europe. From the main entrance you can see the gare downstairs. The restaurant is very good, the staff couldn't be better. next time we'll stay there and take the train to and from Paris. Just perfect! The automatic minibar and tray in the room. If you simply touch it, you're billed automatically. I don't like this "modernity".
The quick service and the convenient location
The room was clean and staff very helpful. About the standard we expected. Carpet on stairs worn, could be dangerous
Thery friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast typical French.
Very nice , small family run hotel with excellent french beakfeast. Rooms are carefull and with lot of tast equipped. Frindly and helpful staff (mother and daughter). 15 min drive to Parc des exhibitions and airport. Many restaurants in 5 min walking distance.
very friendly and helpfull staff
The two ladies who run the hotel are delightful. They readily offer assistance and information. The hotel hosts recommended a wonderful nearby called Le Hotel Blue. The owner/chef was so friendly and the meal was perfect for our last night before flying home.
Courteous staff, clean, very calm for rest after a hard day work
No internet in The room and no water to drink
Easy access to terminal 1 & 2 None.
Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size. Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar. Nothing
Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport. Room good size, clean and bed comfortable Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night.. Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated. Water pressure weak in shower Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes... Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice. 2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar Close to the airport
Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.
The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out. The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination). The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues: 1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on. 2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor. 3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Overall great place to stay. The shuttle was a bit hard to find at CDG - but once located all went well. If you want to use the shuttle - locate where the TGV station on level 5 is - that is where they pick you up. It is a 3 min ride to hotel. Nice pool for the family - a hard thing to find in Paris.
Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
Hotel is excellent in all aspects no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood. Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet. Everything was great.
Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there. Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it. The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport. Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate` I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
The fact that we only had to stay here one night. Gross.
Transport to the airport, great beds
Comfortable bed and shuttle service to the airport. The room was very small, difficult to move about with four pieces of luggage.
staff was not very competent food was expensive and mediocre
You don't hear one sound there, not from outside, nor from hotel inside. It was great for rest.
The closeness to CDG, which made our start on Saturday am so much less stressful. When we checked into the room, there was no coffee, no sugar, no milk available for us to make a drink. There was only 1 set of towels visible, the others were in the wardrobe, but had not seen these.
The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing.
Proximity to airport. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The service in the restaurant was painfully slow, and the food was not worth the wait.
The general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and prompt to arrive. My sister and I wanted to eat breakfast at the bar in the hotel (since breakfast was listed on the menu as a possibility) but it was strangely not open and we had to find food somewhere else. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like.
The free shuttle bus to the tgv station I felt the staff could have been more friendly
Only its location It was very overpriced. It was also a very poor quality room and very small. We have stayed in much nicer rooms for 1/3 the cost.
Very nice service in the Hotel I had a old room with bad wallpaper and a very used bathroom.
All of the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Especially Sandrine @ the front desk who was nice enough to upgrade our room & give us a late checkout! All the other staff were equally accomadating. The hotel was clean quiet & well maintained, it was a nice preflight stay.
Shuttle bus driver was very helpful. Attractive lobby. Business type hotels are sometimes not particularly friendly to the ordinary traveller. This was the case at this hotel. Internet access cost 5 Euros for 15 minutes ( in the lobby) Many hotels I find give this as a free service now. Room was clean but not exceptional.
Clean no-smoking room, comfortable bed Having to pay for the shuttle to fair ground maison&object
The hotel was extremely comfortable, we especially appreciated the 'Wellbeing Centre' - gym, pool, sauna, steam room, etc. It was a great way to end a four week Eropean tour and prepare for 24 hours travel to Australia. As we were checking in, the desk clerk efficiently offered information about our departing flight the following morning (ours was an overnight stay in preparation for an international flight). She confirmed the terminal for us and that the flight was on time. While the airport shuttle bus isn't specifically the hotel's responsibility, the route it takes is rediculous if one seeks terminal one. We spent over 50 minutes on the bus and even began picking up new passengers and returned to a stop immediately beside the hotel before getting to terminal one. The desk staff should be encouraged to advise guests heading for terminal one that the route is impractical and that they should either use a differnt shuttle bus (if an alternative exists), or take a cab. The actual distance from the hotel was under ten minutes, but we took over 50 minutes on the bus - and were late for our flight as a result.
easy to live even with a 21 month baby The service maid is knocking at the door at 9 am, we were sleeping, they should check before if the people are at the breakfast or not. The shuttle system is very poor, why don't you stop at CDG 2B ? long run on foot through CDG
Location provided goos access to CDG airport, hotel was clean, modern and with good services; front desk staff were pleasant and efficient
Nothing special It is located not at the terminal but in 15-20 minnutes away by shuttle bus. It is not clearly mentioned that actually there are 3 different Novotels there and you need to carefully check which one is the right one.
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient to airport. Loved being able to walk to the little village for dinner.
A nice evening meal at a reasonable cost Price of beer in the restaurant was rather expensive
Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!
the room was very good. (soffa and bed) it is the kind of room that can be used as an office out of office for a couple of days The internet connection (wirless by orange) did not work on my mobile device.
Convenient for early morning flight. Modern bright hotel. Large bedroom
practical, good basic room
The food at dinner time was very bad and poor and the breakfast was also not the best one.
Professional service and good facilities + convenient location Old restroom
Ease and convenience to CDG airport. Good restaurant. Pillows were too small and soft.
Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also thef friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the bar.
Shuttel bus to exhibition ground. Very bad language skills in the restaurant and you shall not expect to receive what you think was ordered. The shuttel bus driver could not speak english and sometimes the route is different which can be a serius problem when not told.
Rooms were warm and comfortable. Proximity to CDG was perfect. The restaurant was surprisingly excellent! The price of breakfast was too high. We instead went to the local McDonalds.
Good shower Hotel did not receive notice from Booking.com with my reservation until late in the day of my arrival. Promised shuttle to cdg airport (every 15 minutes to af terminal) did not come between 7:40 am and 8am, causing others to miss their flights.
After a long drive I stayed for one hour in the Sauna witch was very good. It was a pitty that the drinking water in the Gym was empty.
Modern and clran.
the design of the room , the Staff was mostly unkind, very unprofessional , Brakfest was the whorse i have ever seen !
the room was overheated and the staff wouldn't care and they were rude.
concept and design, I like it. flatiron, hope there is one.
Nothing absolutely nothing the service was poor TV and internet did not work and staff at front desk was aatrocious. See above
rooms, staff, very far from city center, no transportation access near it,
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room large and clean. Free shuttle bus to CDG, You can then get a train or bus into Paris. I didn't realise before booking there wasn't a dining room? I wasn't expecting to have to go eat somewhere else. There are 2 other places to eat and the food was good.
The staff at this hotel is the worst I have ever seen,
clean, excelent, good breakfast
easy access to airport and free transfer no resturant
Spacious and nice layout, equiped with microwave. Very clean and quiet. Hard to get a live receptionist thru the phone.
lovely room and bathroom facilities; quiet; near village centre; free internet no cups, plates, glasses or cultery for snacks or own food
location No resturant, no free wifi
The hotel is located conveniently to Paris CDG. The hotel is comfortable and the prices are reasonable. The shuttle to the airport runs on time. The value for the money is very good.
Comfort of the room
healthy foods, new clean big and stylish suits, free movies , 15Euros with taxi to Exhibition Center, lovely staff, well equipped fitness room, what else to be! oh may be a a sauna! it may not be the right choice for people want to enjoy Paris but definitely good for Villepinte Exhibition Center related stays.
Location is close to airport and exhibition center. Parking possibility with security. Breakfast: only some fresh croissants. For the rest some sandwiches in plastic pots (quality very poor). On top there is not enough space (tables and chairs) for the breakfast. Empty minibar in the room. Bad smell at toilet. Television not functioning. Empty soap not refilled.
The room was large, comfortable, immaculate, and very beautiful. I would stay there again because of the beauty and size of the room and the underground parking was a "godsend" because we were exhausted and had to repack all our luggage and it was pouring rain. There was only one coffee packet in the room and the hotel DID NOT!! have anymore. Not good when you have to get up at 6 am after a 2 week vacation driving all over France. Unfortunately, we only left the maid 2 euros because we felt it was her responsibility, however a female staff member was not at all helpful in trying to find us another coffee. Couldn't they get one from another room? We were very upset about this, and frankly, I don't know if my husband would stay at the hotel again because of this.
It seemed efficient
closnest to airport
the shuttle service, the free internet ,the rooms decor etc were great
