The paint was peeling from ceiling in our room. Water shot out of from around water valve in shower in all directions. Very poor breakfast in the morning.

No elevator so even though only 2 floors, made it difficult for two elderly people to carry luggage to and from room (especially in rainy weather).
The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
The rooms were dated and somewhat dirty (coffee rings on furniture). Our tub would not drain on the 2nd night. When we asked for a plunger, we were told all the 2nd floor plumbing was not working and the plungers had already been sent to other rooms.
