Easy check in No wifi in room
I had doubts about staying at Quality Inn after reading the reviews about it. I'm glad that I decided to ignore some of those reviews; my cousin & I stayed 3 days & it was fine. Rooms were clean, beds were nice, had enough fluffy pillows, it was clean.
Staff Beds were awful and air conditioner did not work
Disgusting. I was given a smoke stained room as nonsmoking. The place had no towels, rags or soap in room and no rags to give. There was some substance all over nightstand which could be tar or worse. The A/C was loud enough to wake the dead and sprayed water. And last but not least, the place keeps paper files which resulted in the live in, 24/7 manager/desk clerk/PR guy mis-entering my check out date so someone "cleaned" my room out while I was still paid up and at work. I came back and dirty clothes were mixed with the spoiling contents of the fridge all on top of my clean clothes, and my shampoo and who knows what else is MIA
Well, it was under a bit of renovation, which we could deal with! But, we made our reservations online, and when we took a cab 20 miles and got dropped off with all our luggage, a gentleman walked up to us, and asked our name, because he didn't know if he could accomodate us. We followed him inside, and he said he only 4 rooms left, she we are number 6 on what online confirmations that came out of his printer. Of course, not happy, we now are being told to find some place else to stay. We sit outside and discuss with the booking agency on how to make this right. Well, low and behold, Classic Inn finds a room, and we are exhausted. We wake up to the General Contractor of the jobsite, (renovations) banging on our door at 8:30 in the morning, telling us we have to he up and out by 10:00. The clerk had given us until 12 pm. He continued to pound until he threatened to call the local police unless we left. Speedily, we packed our things and had to sit in front to where he still harassed us while we were waiting for a taxi. A local passerby who was also leaving that place, gave myself, my boyfriend, and his son a ride to the next hotel. Absolutely horrible. And they have BED BUGS, AND NO BREAKFAST.
Roof over my head, and a bed. Everything
The television did not work, the ice machine did not work. When I called to front desk the attendant was rude
access. carpet torn and filthy. door would barely open
The room had a fridge and microwave. The beds and pillows were hard as bricks. I finally had to get up and sleep in the chair. The tv was glitchy. The person at the desk caught an attitude when we suggested maybe the remote needed new batteries.
The price! We didn't mind their one star rating, since we were on a budget, and the room served its purpose. I understand after having stayed here though, why it had such a low rating. I could list quite a few things that were sub-par, but rather than go on a rant and list them all, the one I have to admit was the worst about it was the paper thin walls and our next door neighbor's dog who barked throughout most of the night.

internet didn't work. Staff cannot help me to solve this problem
Clean rooms and excellent housekeeping. Right next to a huge truck stop where trucks were in night and day. Very noisy area.
nothing The scariest place and situation I have ever been in. Disgusting!
It was inexpensive and built to stay that way. Bonus points, there is a IHOP by the lobby.
Very little. The bed was comfortable Convenient access to Mt Dora First room assigned reeked of cooked food. Moved. Second room assigned doesn't deserve even one star. One office chair for sitting. Large gap around room conditioner, could see through to outside. Cleanliness an issue. Not a good value at ANY price. Would never return there.
