It was very close to the city center. The rooms were very nice and clean
friendly staff, very good location no free wifi
A very roomy apartment Very difficullt to find.
hard to find when we have never been to Leira with all the oneway streets. aircond broke down and promise to fix but didn't or couldn't. didn't warn us about the mosquitoes since we had to open the windows to let the air in due to the aircond being broken down. my 2 year old was totally swollen from the bites. couple weeks on, he still bear the lumps. it was horrible.
good location, clean and comfortable limited menu in restaurant
Swimming pool in the 10th floor was nice. Good breakfast. Drinks in the room's refrigerator. Only two small details: although it was advertised that the hotel had free wi-fi, I discovered it was not free. Also, the gym was closed during the weekend (only in August). I was not expecting this.
The restaurant was just fabiolous.
the personel was very very friendly, very nice people. The location was 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (along the orange line) and very close to the centre (one station far from Trinidad metro station). Great place for such a price. Our room was at the entrance of the hotel, during the night, it was a bit noisy but because of the same fact, we could have internet connection (wifi) in our room. So it was fair. Breakfast was not that fancy but still good: mainly bread, cheese, ham, fruit and yoghurt with hot and cold beverages.
Good breakfastm take away option from the restaurant, large apartments apartment heated up in afternoon, outside noise due to climate machines
price not a 4* hotel, restaurant is frankly bad, the noise of the gymnasium spreads over the whole hotel
Nice surroundings, very quiet. Personalized and kind service.
Good friendly service in the restaurant, excellent food, house wine good. Lively, obviously appreciated locally for its food. Pleasant eating space outside by the river. Nice quiet pool. Centrally situated in the small town of Cortes for sightseeing all around, Fatima, Batalha, Leiria, Alcobça, Porto de Mos, caves etc. Well run by Rodolfo Fetal who just celebrated his 30th birthday. Will definitely go back.
very friendly owners
Dinner Free internet Service above all Breakfast - Poor ( some fruits, jam, butter, bread and coffee) - we asked for eggs for two pax and we got very little.
Excellent host, very helpful, would definatley stay agian
Visiting with the host No
Everything was great. The owner and staff make everybody feels like its their own home... They are always aware of little details, for example, sunday was rainning a lot and when we got out of our room there was a umbrella there on the counter waiting for us... The place itself is lovely, the presidential suite is awesome, its apart from the rest of the rooms, giving you a lots of privacy. a very good restaurant awesome and well presented food :) The best weekend I spent this year :)
Very good service, delicious restaurant, everything as beautifull as on the fotos, family buisiness. Very nice decorated and good siced rooms and bedrooms. Wireless internet free. Cover of beds not spotless clean (but that was the only bad point I could find at all! )
This was a picturesque location close to many sites, if you have a car. The service was friendly and professional. The restuarant was wonderful:great food, fantastic service and great prices. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Perfect! The restaurant it´s 5 stars like the Hotel. Very good staff and very good place
Friendly staff, excellent location Old design
Acceptable quality - in city center Rooms quite clean Brakfast a little poor but acceptable
friendly staff smoking in all areas, a smoke free area particularly in the resteraunt would be very welcome
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved. The orange juice was like water.
Staff were very helpful & friendly, free on-site parking available, only a 10 min walk into town. Had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant with a great view of the castle. the decor of the rooms is a little dated, could do with a re-vamp.
Nice Hotel and good value for money. Lifts and air conditioning nice bar and great view from the restaurant on the top floor. A good breakfast selection but the coffee was not nice. The hotel is on top of a hill, a steep walk from the town though there are bus stops nearby.
Overall athosphere Not enough parking
Convenient and central The 'orange' juice at breakfast - no excuse in Portugal during the orange season. The staff in the restaurant were not very welcoming and perhaps poorly trained.
We liked the location of the hotel.
