Pros (+) The beds were comfortable, have had better breakfasts at lower end hotels especially as you only get 2 complimentary breakfast and have to pay for any others in your family.
Cons (-) We were booked ahead of time, 2 adults, 2 teens. There were only 2 facecloths, 2 coffee cups, 3 glasses in the room. The coffee maker had used coffee filter in it. There was no remote for the TV in the room we called down and waited, no one came up to bring us one, so had to go to the front desk to get it, as they were very busy and didn't have the time to bring it up to us.
