Cons: "WestJet’s WiFi, to allow passengers to connect to the WestJet entertainment app, was not available on this flight which was a surprise. I don’t always enjoy flying and have some anxiety, so entertainment like movies or shows helps get me through flights. This flight was harder because I didn’t know that option wouldn’t be available."
Pros: "An uneventful and comfortable trip, well.. as comfortable as any aircraft gets :)"
Pros: "Not crowded. Nobody was beside me. USB power. Found space for my carry-on. What more can one ask?"
Cons: "For long flights, these seats are OK at best. Always come off with a stiff back. (What can you do about aging?)"
Pros: "I got to watch "The Post", which took the entire time of the flight. I've wanted to see that movie for months and didn't know how that would happen! Easy flight, good service, friendly crew."
Cons: "Luggage left behind due to a troubled fire alarm system in the baggage dept of the plane This maintenance issue delayed us 4 hours The ground crew had to push one of their loading tractors out from under the plane after unloading the luggage. Perhaps the PEI airport crew are lacking in maintenance procedures. It's always a little things that get you into trouble and cost lives."
Pros: "That I didn’t have to pay extra to check my bike as luggage. The crew and folks who work for west jet were really really friendly and helpful."
Cons: "That my bike didn’t arrive with me on the plane and that it wasn’t trackable once I arrived so I have no idea it’s status. It might interfere with my ability to complete my bike trip as planned, depending on how long it’s delayed."
Pros: "Friendly service. On time"
Cons: "Not a direct flight"

Pros: "The crew was amazing and the boarding process went smoothly and fast."
Cons: "There was no entertainment for those of us without a compatible mobile/tablet device (I have a Nokia, therefore can't access the app). As always no complimentary meal but that's becoming a norm in most companies - strange how the prices don't really go down though... Seats were hard and unconfortable"
Pros: "The stewards and stewardess were fantastic."
Cons: "Its a little cramped in the seats."
Pros: "Delayed 2hours 30 min"
Cons: "Never flying with wast jets any more"
Pros: "Entertainment was good"
Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour and then after landing baggage took a long time to come in. There were a lot of people gathered by the time baggage arrived and caused chaos."
Cons: "slight delay in takeoff but otherwise good"
Pros: "It is always an adventure flying into Lethbridge....maybe I should leave it at that. The crew both inside the terminal and on the flight were great, the service is great. It’s a very loud ride....if you have noise triggered headaches....I’m sorry. You’re in a flying cigar tube....up close with every other passenger and the open cockpit is a new experience....but totally fascinating too. The pilot and co-pilot are young but very compitant. The weather has a huge impact on your flight because if there is any wind you will get tossed around and the landing in Lethbridge is more of a roller coaster ride. Let me sum it up like this....if your not good with REALLY loud noise, or claustrophobic, or have any motion sickness issues.....rent a car and drive!!!"
Cons: "Don’t need to get there the 90 mins ahead as AC states is the policy, especially if you are on the 5 am flight because they aren’t. I made that mistake arriving at 3:30 am for my 5am flight and no one showed up til after 4am. It was really annoying to not know that ahead of time."
Pros: "Flight was good."
Cons: "Was boarding at C70 but only saw signs for 71 and C73. Asked Westjet staff where we were boarding and they told me (and others) that even though we were booked to take off from C70 we’d be departing from the gate labeled C73 and also labeled for a flight to Regina. Still got to Hamilton though."
Cons: "Paid good money for this flight to Cancun, no wifi, and no movies etc... This is unacceptable and I'm very disappointed as a long time WestJet flyer"
Pros: "Nice and comfortable flight."
Pros: "Crew was very pleasant"
Cons: "Seat cushion was horrible and I paid for plus."
Pros: "Our flight boarded on time, flew on time, with great crew service."
Cons: "Landing was delayed by weather and we circled for 45 minutes after a speedy, early flight."
Pros: "Was very windy when leaving Hamilton but the captain handled the flight so smoothly that I was able to sleep through most of it!"
Pros: "The professionalism of the crew and the spacious plane."
Cons: "Screen was broken Not much room for kegs"
Pros: "The crew was very helpful."
Pros: "All the crew"
Pros: "Stewardess let me change seats to a cooler part of the cabin at the back of the plane."
Cons: "The air temperature in the cabin was too hot."
Pros: "smooth, on time"
Pros: "Friendliness of customer service (phone), gate attendant and flight crew. I travelled with a pet and their organization is seamless! Well done... again!"
Cons: "Everything was great"
Pros: "We did not have to wait long in Calgary after landing and arriving at our luggage carousel. Our two bags were not only first off the belt but side-by-side and we were away in no time-- that never happens!"
