Bad food. Not on time. Delayed almost 3 hr. Bad experience.

Your staff on the flight back to Calgary were very friendly and efficient .

The crew was rude especially to my young children. My 7 year old son sat next to the window and was drenched on take off. Later told it was condensation. Crew was not apologetic. My 8 year old asked several times for pretzels, which the crew said no to every time. This was a long and expensive flight. Do better west jet.

Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.

they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.

Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food

Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.

As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.

I like the leg room in the exit isle..easier to get past people and I did t have to pay extra! Westjet changed my return flight time to a night flight 2 weeks before I left and left me hanging with NO HELP to resolve all the frustration they caused since I booked thru BudgetAir. They receive the lowest of star ratings I can give (if there was negative stars I’d be using those) for customer support and an overall bad score for the rest of the experience! So sad cause they used to good :)

Better boarding process, but not the fault of the airline… people are dumb.
