Pros (+) Location us great, parking lot is big, room decor is nice
Cons (-) Crack heads everywhere, approaching people outside, felt unsafe. Third floor smelled awful, holes in bathroom doors.

I told the staff there was dog poop in one of the stairwells and it was still there when I returned almost four hours later. Pretty gross. The key card worked to get into the back door only about one out of ten tries.
