Everything was good, person helping was efficient, but there was only one person. Waited over 1/2 hour because of previous guests. Probably couldn’t be helped.

The car insurance company was rated the lowest of all insurance companies so I canceled. The insurance co charged my CC prior to the rental then refused to refund. I cancelled my rental with Budget they did give me a refund but what a haste. NEVER again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy pick up and drop off procedures. They don’t have an office at the airport but about 4 miles away. That is not convenient.
