Cons: The wall are paper thin as well as being able to see light through the ceiling to the room next door. My daughter and I tried to go to sleep at 11:00 pm but were kept awake for over 3 hours as the guests in the next room talked all night. It was if they were in our room. I have never stayed in a place where the walls were SO thin or light showing throw!

Pros: The staff was wonderful! Monica in particular was truly exceptional with her efficient and caring service and compassion during these tough times with COVID-19. Also my room was very cheery and the bed and pillows were super soft and cozy! I slept really good! The nearby walk/bike path along the river was awesome for exercise too!
Cons: My room had a river view which was wonderful, but one of the windows was so dirty you couldn't really see out of it so I pulled the curtain so I wouldn't have to look at it.

Cons: We've stayed at this Inn America several times. The last stay was a one week stay last June. We had a great stay at that time. Although this time it was clean and we had no problems, we will look for another hotel in the future. Someone kept propping open the hallway entry door with a rock. Seems like a safety issue. In that area, people we saw running around the outside of the hotel appeared somewhat iffy. We smelt marijuana being smoked somewhere in the hotel. Did not feel as safe as we have felt in the past. No breakfast but that wasn't their fault - just happened to be there during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Cons: Building smells, rooms smell like damp old smoker rooms, there were homeless people right out side the Inn and yelled at everyone and anything all day and most the night. Also they advertised cable in the rooms but fail to mention it's only two working channels. Maids were every unorganized when cleaning and kept having to go back in the rooms to "finish" cleaning but wasn't fully cleaned.

Cons: I had to wait for a front desk clerk, I called this place, waited on the other side of the counter and listened to the phone ring almost 15 minutes. I didn't want to leave because knowing I'd still get charged on my card. Did finally see someone show up, I told them that was me calling on my phone. I stayed there, room was ok and I left at 11am.

Cons: It’s a tired facility. The management and staff work very hard and are very responsive to any needs. During my 5-night stay there was no hot water the first night; the dead cold was nearly impossible to work; the cleaners forgot to freshen my room 2x’s. Again, the staff is fabulous! They are working inch by inch to renovate the hotel and doing a good job.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere reputable.

Cons: For as nice as this hotel is, I was hoping for better coffee. The coffee in the room was terrible, and the coffee at breakfast almost as bad. It would be great to have allergy-friendly breakfast options.

Pros: During the COVID 19 stuff we were given meals in our room. A great variety of choices were given and what we chose was good. thank you!
Cons: The wall are paper thin as well as being able to see light through the ceiling to the room next door. My daughter and I tried to go to sleep at 11:00 pm but were kept awake for over 3 hours as the guests in the next room talked all night. It was if they were in our room. I have never stayed in a place where the walls were SO thin or light showing throw!

Pros: The staff was wonderful! Monica in particular was truly exceptional with her efficient and caring service and compassion during these tough times with COVID-19. Also my room was very cheery and the bed and pillows were super soft and cozy! I slept really good! The nearby walk/bike path along the river was awesome for exercise too!
Cons: My room had a river view which was wonderful, but one of the windows was so dirty you couldn't really see out of it so I pulled the curtain so I wouldn't have to look at it.
