Cons: Arrived only to find out they couldn't honor our reservation. Told us they were sorry.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool, waffle maker on the breakfast bar, good size fridge/freezer. Housekeeping ran the dishwasher - non of the usual extended stay / condo rental guest responsibilities. Friendly desk and breakfast staff. Animals welcome for a fee, but they will be evicted if they cause a problem for the neighboring rooms. Self service laundry cheaper than a laundromat. Spacious room with plenty of surfaces and outlets. Good light and very effective blackout shades. Great water pressure and stable water temperature. Clean! Real dishes and glassware at breakfast and in the room and it was all very clean. WiFi worked.
Cons: Breakfast scramble and breakfast sandwiches came cold in cello wrap with a microwave oven for reheating. Fridge was not completely quiet. Smoke detector (?) flashed every minute or so. Aggressively softened water left me feeling unrinsed. Signs explain default housekeeping schedule, but housekeeping showed up when unexpected and asked me to sign an opt-out form when I declined service that day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In addition to the facilities being so much nicer than expected, the staff was incredible!!! Without exception every staff member we encountered was polite, helpful, resourceful, and courteous.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern clean new
Cons: Did not like the 75 pet fee. My dog didn’t shed or make a mess or destroy anything. Should I have been charged 75? No. Should have been a deposit

Pros: Like the decor, comfortable rooms, bar & snacks, restaurant and location. Electric car charger - this is the only hotel I can charge my car!! Thank you for being GREEN
Cons: That the breakfast buffet is $16!! I don’t eat dairy or meat so there was nothing for me to eat. And I wasn’t going to pay $16 for a piece of fruit.

Pros: New and clean.
Cons: Only issue with this hotel was that when you turned on the lights for the sink area, it then lit up the whole room. Was a problem if 1 person was sleeping and you needed to use the sink.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: New and European modern look. Very different and uniques compared to other hotels. Spacious, clean, cozy rooms.
Cons: Breakfast was horrible and misleading. The picture shows delicious food and in reality they give you a cup with mixed up food. They should change for a more traditional breakfast menu.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was a typical Aloft hotel with spacious room and everything good to eyes.
Cons: There was a barking dog in one of the room which disturbed me for 2 hours when i came to rest. Exit door near my room was too much noisy and whole night people were coming and going out. Room Doors were noisy while closing the door and it disturbed me.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfortable
4.5 Okay
Cons: The facility is really old and not clean. Furniture shows wear and tear on them The house keeping service is not very good. They don't clean well and they leave some I cleaned items like used glasses without exchanging them. They also do late house keeping service and they don't have an on call housekeeper if you need some cleaning at night which all four stars hotels do
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The room was dirty. The hotel desperately needs a refresh. My room felt more like a cheap roadside motel. It certainly was not worth what I paid for it. I do not feel like I got the best for my money.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Would have liked complimentary breakfast.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: You need to be a member to get free wifi. Yeah in 2016 this hotel does not give free wifi. Staff rushed our check in experience to get back to texting. The level of service at this location does not meet the standards that Hilton has set. Not worth the money. Buyer beware.

Pros: Comfortable, convenient, friendly
Cons: There are many plugs available but no USB availability. They say they are upgrading and some rooms may be updated but ours wasn't.

Pros: Drove down from Chicago, almost made it to our destination in Tampa but decided to find a mid-range priced hotel to stay. Found Sleep Inn and could not have been more satisfied with the stay. Check in took about a minute and we were upstairs in our room. The parking lot was well lit as we had our locked bicycles on the back and the room was spacious and comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower had good water pressure. Free breakfast was also a huge plus.
Cons: There was nothing not to like. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would look to stay again on our next drive to Florida.
6.5 Good
Pros: The lighting was terrible in the room but the bed and pillows were great. The room overlooked the parking lot and was a bit noisy. The breakfast was ok. It was a little pricy considering.

Pros: Easy check in/out, cookies and coffee in lobby all the time, hot tub and pool, free wifi in room
Cons: Woke up with multiple bites on my legs. Sheets were old and had holes and stains. Housekeeping service was variable. One day towels and sheets replaced, place felt clean. Other day bed was made but sheets not changed. Old and run down bathroom, paint chipping off walls, rust in sink and tub. Musty and damp smell in general. You can definitely tell this is a much older place attempting a rebranding. Needs an overhaul of the facilities, and an exterminator
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very pleasant. Clean.
Cons: Wish breakfast had some scrambled eggs. Instead there was some pizza egg thing.
5.7 Okay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent. The lady at the check in went above and beyond helping my elderly mother to the room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the breakfast buffet because it also had a nice selection of fruit and a wonderful fruit medley. Of coarse it had the regular breakfast items.
Cons: We really could not sleep well, because our room was attached to a adjoining room and that room kept there tv on all night loud. We ask for another room but there were no other non- smoking room available. I think they should work on sound proofing these rooms for people who would just like a good night sleep. Needless to say we were tired at our meeting next day.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms. Clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast had lots of items to choose from. We only stayed 1 night, but the kitchen was equipped nicely for a long stay. And the layout for the one bedroom was convenient traveling with a teen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful all suite hotel near I-75 in Gainesville. Extremely good location from he school and next to a least a dozen restaurants and good shopping for college needs. Very clean, nice pool, gym, laundry and very large units including full kitchen with full refrigerators. Highly recommend, reasonable price, very clean and lovely staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent rooms, breakfast and service, accepts pets. Comfortable room with sofa and kitchen area. I would stay there again.
Cons: In general, the room was clean, a few areas could have been cleaned better.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, homey yet hip feel to this place. It's quite vibrant, with comfy rooms and kind staff. Pool, teeny fitness center really makes active folks feel at home.
Cons: Being in Gainesville, it's typically full of young families. And with en-suite kitchens, it's also full of cooking smells and the sounds of kids. If you're into that, it's fine. If not--well, book higher floors where the noise level is lower. But wall insulation IS nice and thick!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay for a good rest. Food close by and shopping near. On and off for interstate.
5.4 Okay
Cons: When I made my reservation I asked for a double room. When I checked in all they had was a smoking room. I had no choice but to stay since I paid online. I wouldn't have maid my reservation if that's all the rooms they had. Other than that the hotel was ok.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It all kind of runs together... see, I was on the road for two weeks and stayed at like 10 hotels in a row, and a lot of them were Holiday Inn's. That's sort of a good thing because I learned that IHG offers a consistent product, where other brands vary greatly from hotel to hotel. We had planned to stay here and go to some bars in the area, but the time difference made us arrive as last call was hitting. I think we just hit the hay and woke up the next day to continue on our way. Not even sure if we got to have the free breakfast. The fact that I can't remember much in specific is a positive, because apparently I had nothing to super complain about.

Pros: The French toast and waffles were delicious
Cons: The view from our room looked out at a wall 3 feet away. When I tried to make coffee the coffee maker smelled like it had been cleaned with nail polish remover. When I opened a box of their soap and there was a pubic hair on the bar. This was obviously a used bar of soap.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Room we stayed in was huge! Our room had 2 double beds, and we had a pack & play for our baby. The room was so big that the pack & play didn't get in the way at all. Our 1-year-old & 3-year-old still had plenty of room to play on the floor with their new Christmas toys while we still had room to walk around. The lobby area is great with the lodge theme, sitting areas and fireplace in the middle. We also liked the Christmas decorations: Christmas tree, reindeer and nativity scene! Very good breakfast & good coffee! Very good price as well.
Cons: Rooms are a little dated (but still very clean). No fridge or microwave in the room we stayed in (not a huge issue, but could've been helpful, and many other hotels include them nowadays).

Pros: The rooms were very clean. The decor of the hotel was nice. The breakfast selection was extensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable room, pillow top bed, hot breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Great value for the money.
Cons: Nothing
5.3 Okay
Pros: The rooms are large, bathrooms nicely updated, however, found quite a bit of "stuff" under the bed. Front desk staff is lovely , evening cocktail hour is a pleasant addition. Pool and hot tub are always a plus. On check in I requested and received a handicapped first floor room by the pool, makes it possible to spend some time with my daughters. We had to go over to Shands for cardiac testing for my 17 year old and it was great to be able to look forward to relaxing at the pool afterward.
Cons: The general manager, Tim, had scheduled parking lot renovation for the weekend we were there. When we returned to the hotel the majority of the parking lot was blocked off and we were unable to park near the entrance closest to our room. As the entire parking lot appeared to be blocked off I stopped my car at the main entrance and went to the desk to ask where I was supposed to park. When I was told that I would have to park on the far back side of the hotel, this would require a walk of more than 300 feet, I explained that I have heart failure, I need a new heart, and that I'm not able to do that. I asked why on check in I wasn't informed that I wouldn't be able to park close to an entrance by my handicapped room. At this point Tim came from the area behind the desk telling the desk clerk that he would handle this. he informed me that there were handicapped spots on all sides of the building, so surely I could find one to use. I attempted to explain that not all handicapped people are alike, so not all handicapped spots are alike, and what my physical limitations are, but Tim talked over me saying we can move your room. I explained again the purpose of asking to be by the pool was to be able to spend time with my daughters, and moving me to another wing made it impossible for me to spend time by the pool with them. I asked for a workable solution where I didn't have to pack up all of our stuff, move our room, and not be able to spend time with my daughters. Time then said he would have someone "hold" a handicapped space (again on the far side of the building) for me, I then pointed out that this was in fact illegal, and the situation currently made the hotel non compliant with the ADA. Tim frequently yelled at me during this exchange, pointed out that he was the GM so there was nothing that would be done. When I asked who the owner is he snapped "Wells Fargo bank" at this point I gave up on finding a workable solution as the chest pain had started, I went to my car, and drove to the far side of the hotel, maneuvering around the construction equipment, having one construction worker wave me through and another then drive a piece of equipment almost into me. I finally get in a spot, and we start the walk to our room. (Had I known about the construction I would have brought my wheelchair like I do when walking distances is required, the hospital loans them for visitors and I mistakenly assumed I wouldn't have a great distance to walk). Instead of being with my girls I went to bed. Since my diagnosis five years ago I take every chance I can to make memories with my daughters, and this trip could have been filled with fun memories for them, instead it was a stark reminder of what heart failure has taken from our family. Tim could have found a way to make the situation work with my physical limitations, instead he wanted to show me that he was the boss, and he made all the rules.
6.8 Good
Pros: nice facility, comfortable clean room
Cons: Noisy hallways, staff, breakfast was awful
6.5 Good
Pros: The room we stayed in was adequate but not great by any means. This property is very old but has great potential. The room that we stayed in faced the court yard and had very tranquil qualities when we opened up the sliding glass door. Property needs an upgrade really bad. Location off I-75 is great and local dining places are very close.
Cons: This is a 2 to 3 star hotel at best with above average hotel rates. Owners and management need to upgrade the rooms and stop using caulk to cure 30 year old problems. Faucets and fixtures are from the 70's and should all be replaced. Has potential to be a great 4 star hotel. Would stop here again on business or leisure but not until the place has had a face lift.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at The Lodge many times over the last 25 years. The hotel is still relevant and in good shape. The staff is excellent. The office facility is very good. The popcorn and bar in the evening, with a fireplace, is a great place to relax after a long day.
Cons: The office used to have two computers and now has one. I had to wait a few minutes to be able to get some work done. Not a big deal but maybe something that could be addressed.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, nice bar area, cozy. Clean
Cons: Bar tender not quite with it. breakfast waffle maker a mess and needs instructions posted better.
6.8 Good

2.5 Mediocre
Cons: No washcloths in room. Food on top of fridge, linen smelled like smoke and linen was not changed, sheets crinkled as if someone had just got out of the bed, did not even stay left before midnight.. It was the worst stay for $160
5.4 Okay
Pros: The rate
Cons: Bed was hard, small pillows were very flat, room smelled like someone had smoked in it
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Kitchen with refrigerator was great for our needs. We were on a moving haul and needed somewhere to stash our freezer items from the old home. There are plenty of places to eat and shop, if you needed to, nearby. Plus the location right off the interstate is great for getting on and off the road in a hurry. We were also able to find a spot to park our 26 foot moving truck. Perfectly good place at a good price if you just need a place to crash.
Cons: Trash was overflowing from outdoor trashcans.
4.2 Okay
Cons: rust on exterior door, room was never cleaned, hair on shower certain, room smelled like mold
