Pros. They had a complementary coffee station.
Cons. The room had a thick layer of dust on all surfaces. The sheets were covered in varied lengths of hair. The tub had a large piece of a plastic shower curtain stuck to the aide of it and the bottom of the tub was questionable and we showered in flip flops. The fan in the bathroom did not work and there was a water bubble in the sealing being held together with a clear material. Staff was nice enough but the room we had was a wreck.
Pros. Loved the welcoming staff & breakfast at no charge. So comfortable and clean. Bed linens so nice & amenities
Pros. Room was very nice; clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. Checking and checkout staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons. Breakfast was okay; standard waffle iron, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, packaged oatmeal and substandard bread and sweet rolls. Staff was a little too anxious to restock whatever item someone ate immediately ... Almost made us feel badly about taking something. Also staffed started to clear food before time was up, while people were still eating and just not very nice about it.
