Pros (+) Very functional, spacious hotel. Excellent value for the money and we would stay there again. Good breakfast, nice feel to the place. Staff very friendly.
Pros (+) The staff were very friendly. I liked the "quiet policy" from 10pm - 6am which requires guests remain quiet or risk eviction. The breakfast was standard for the HIE but was super organized, fresh and tidy. Eggs were great! The air conditioner was cold and worked awesome.
Cons (-) We had a top floor room (as per request). The walls seem pretty thin as I could hear the next door guest on her phone and talking. The doors to the hallway also do not seem very sound proof. It isn't a deal breaker and I WOULD stay again if some of my favorites in the Lincoln Area were not available.
