The breakfast is incredibly rich and offers both healthy options such as scrambled eggs and salads and more sweet indulging foods. There's something for all tastes including soy milk and soy yogurt. The coffee is delicious too.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. They made us feel very welcome with a drink on arrival and explained the best parts of Lisbon on the map. Location was 10/10 if you love vibey bars and restaurants.

The hotel does not have an elevator but beautiful wooden stairs. The twin room is spacious, incredibly bright and well decorated. Amenities included a functioning AC, flat TV, mini fridge, complimentary water and coffee, body lotion, soap, toothbrush, towels, bathrobe, a safe and all the usual things you would expect.

The hotel is situated in a nice area with many cafes and small shops nearby. It is ideally located and within walking distance to most attractions. The iconic tram 28 is visible from the window, offering an easy tour of the city.

Some guests mentioned that the room carpet was dirty, and there were stains on the walls and on the carpet. Additionally, sleeping at the front of the hotel where the tram runs is noisy.
