Pros (+) The room we had Superior Dockside, was unbelievable!!! Absolute luxury. Friendly helpful staff too.
Cons (-) I didn't like the fact that you have to pay £20 pp to use the leisure and spa facilities. A little disappointing on an otherwise perfect hotel experience.

Staff appeared newly hired and perhaps less experiences in how things were supposed to work. Tried hard but had to seek directions from others. Given time on the job, expect service will improve.
