The room's colors and the simplicity of it.
Breakfast area, reception area.
it's a run-down hotel which needs renovation.
The hotel was in a very rough area, if you are staying at this hotel then I advise getting a taxi to it at night. Apart from that, the hotel was lovely and much better than expected. Although our room overlooked a petrol station which was very noisy in the early hours.
Not easy to find at the stated address, but was in the neighbourhood we wanyed to stay in near our sons rented accomodation.
They applied a 12% extra charge for using a credit xcard to pay the bill.(£5 added to a bill of £42.95). I found this immora, and the way it is done criminal.
very good standard of cleaning.staff very helpful and informative.reception area and rooms very clean and comfortable.free car parking and internet available.
It wasn't very easy to find, arrivin at night. There was no table in the room, so nowhere to work, which was a drawback. Breakfast was extremely poor. The shower in my room didn't work properly, and nothing was done, although I reported it at reception
Has a good location; the bus stop is very close and it takes about 5-10 min to get to Bethnal Green tube station. The lady who served breakfast was nice and helpful.
The room is very small (I've booked double room for single use, cannot imagine 2 people staying in this room); the double bed looks like single. TV had only 1 channel properly working and TV remote control didn't work. The bathroom is tiny but the real problem was with having a shower (the pressure was very low, couldn't get proper water temperature - too hot or too cold). As for 3 star hotel no other facilities in a room like tea&coffee or hair dryer. Im quite dissapointed coz from review on the website it seemed like good quality hotel but in my opinion 2 stars is enough. My request for getting VAT receipt seemed to be unusual coz it tooked more than 5 minutes to prepare it.
connection to public transportation, wifi & the lady in charge of serving breakfast
Breakfast service was OK
4 persons i 2 person room is difficult. No floor space, no hooks on the Wall for jackets. only one lamp in the sealing no bedlights. Bad television quality. Shower head must bee held in hand not on the wall.
Only good thing - free WIFI.
Small rooms, unfresh air, poor breakfasts, broken furnitures e.t.c.
