The room was perched high above the ground, giving bus free cooling wind breeze. Staff was very friendly.
Prepaid internet run out the night before we left. Pathways to the property not conducive to someone with heavy luggage.

Staff was great. House dogs were by and large a joy to have around. Staff humans were wonderful and quick to respond. Management was caring and clearly visible, Area is absolutely beautiful, close to a good beach, and near enough to Looc to make supply runs feasible, Nice BBQ area, great pool with grotto, activities, and both the Canadian Breakfast and Omelet Breakfast were outstanding and plentiful... served in your room or poolside.
Cummings Highland is a great location and a wonderful staff. It is an eco hotel (and now I know what that means!) so some things like no water during parts of the day and a very rustic setting should have been expected. However, as a handicapped person, I struggled with the stairs down to a small court and up to the bathroom, This resulted in 3 falls over 8 days, While beautiful, the back-to-nature quality was too difficult for someone having trouble walking. Staff loved it.

Peaceful place. The pool is big and good, there is a pool for kids. The room provides complete set of kitchen wares but no pitcher which we requested.
It's more of a self service, there is no staff to attend to what you need. They do not provide when you request something. No airconditioning and there is no enough fan for six and it seems the room was not fully cleaned when we occupy the place. Though the house' aesthetic is good. The pool is also not clean. Actually we dont feel special in the place.

Just the ambience of the resort. Even on a beautiful island such as Tablas, Cummings Highlands was truly an experience that my partner and I will never forget. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay eventful!!

1 night stay turned into 3 at Cummings Highlands! We loved the accomodation from the minute we arrived. Cynthia and staff were extremely friendly and very hospitable, happily tending to our every need! I can’t recommend this hidden gem enough!
