The location of the hotel is great and it is kept relatively clean at all times. The lady that cleans the rooms and the young man and woman that work reception were always very pleasant and polite.
This isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, but the whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke. This may not bother everyone but it bothered me as a non-smoker. I also had a negative experience with a receptionist that worked the overnight shift. I went out my first two nights since I came to relax and take a break from my busy life. I asked the receptionist if I needed to do anything to be able to get back in and she told me to message her when I was ready to come back in and she would unlock the door for me. I thought that was odd as I’ve never stayed in any hotel that was locked after a certain time. Yet, I did that my first two nights and on the third night she messaged me once I had left with friends and told me to “try and make it back by midnight” as I had come back around 2-3 AM the previous two nights. I informed her that the hotel did not have a curfew nor did she have any authority to set one for me and that both booking.com and the hotel itself state that reception works from 00-24h. I understand that this hotel may be more accustomed to guests on business trips and not on leisure trips. I informed the receptionist that I would gladly speak to the hotel director/manager if my comings and goings were of that much concern to her and if they would disrupt her shift at work to that extent. After that night, a young man took over working reception over night and I did not have any issues with him. He was always very professional and pleasant. The young lady that worked reception during the day was always kind and professional as well. This whole thing did ruin my trip a little because I could have easily stayed with family but I wanted to stay somewhere where I could come and go as I pleased and everyone I told of this incident was shocked at how unprofessional thay receptionist was. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel if you are in Lukavac for one night or on a business trip and don’t plan on going anywhere after 10-11 PM.
Location and the size of the bed and the room was good. Stuff was friendly.
Thin wall, could hear everything from the next room. Need's some maintenance wall painting etc.
Air condition didnt work properly
