Pros: Lovely house and room. The hosts were perfect and very helpful. The breakfast was 10 out of 10. We had lunch at a near by restaurant on the river recommended by the hosts and the food was really good there too. We would have loved to have stayed longer and walked around the local area. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
Cons: I would have liked some shampoo as travelling without liquids makes it difficult to carry.

Pros: Aptly named charming chamber d'hote. A spacious and comfortable room. The shower was excellent! Wifi was free and strong. Breakfast was home-made and generous. Our hosts were a very friendly couple. Very flexible access arrangements.

Pros: Have been several times and there is nothing to dislike. Marie-France even offers egg and bacon for breakfast. She booked a reservation for dinner in the local hotel which stands on the banks of the Charente.

Pros: The design of the place is exquisite. The bed, desk, couch, and bath room upstairs is wonderful and beautifully placed. The downstairs has a nice dinning room table and couch with a chess board. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for such a cheap price.

Pros: The proprieters were excellent and very helpful. Great to chat to and extremely informative. The house and rooms were well furnished and very clean. We would like to stay there again at some time in the future. We feel like we made new friends.

Pros: Perfect location in a medieval village, Tusson. Very sociable and hospitable hosts who went out of their way to make our stay lovely.
Cons: An elderly parent with mobility issues found the stairs difficult.

Pros: Very welcoming and informative hosts. Lovely clean room, cool in the heat, comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. Christine showed genuine care for our comfort by offering refreshment and providing a fan. Good addition of a selection of DVD's both French and English films. The breakfast was a faultless continental, great coffee and croissants. Off road parking. Very interesting village with lots to see in the day.

Pros: Our room was very tastefully decorated and all the contents were to a high standard. Hosts were absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful, they really did cater to our every need. Christine and Tony gave great suggestions of where to visit in the area and also advised us on parking areas and great restaurants to go to. Would not hesitate to highly recommend this fabulous place to stay in Tusson.
