Pros. Great location. Nice room. Beautiful lonby. Professional staff
Cons. I specifically requested twin (2 beds) but at first given double (king/queen). I had to go back to registration to correct the mistakw. It was resolved quickly. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly poorer than expected.
Pros. everything about dusit thani. shoutout to robee, mai, ramil, mon flores, warren and everyone else who made our stay very special and memorable.
Pros. I could not find anything wrong with this properties amenities, customer service and their focus on customer satisfaction I have only found in 6star properties and exclusive resorts. I would definitely make this my first destination for business and family, I would also recommend Dusit Thani-Manila to all my colleagues local and abroad. I came to this property for 2 reason's, 1st: came recommended by a family friend which I trusted and thankfully took her advice, 2nd: for our honeymoon getaway, which is close to everything(e.g. shopping, airport, other friends and easily accessible to public transportstion(e.g. Uber, Grab, taxi, buses, jeepney and tricycle). I would highly recommend this hotel, the frontdesk staff and concierge are well above my expectation but over staff members we were awesome.
Cons. I wish I could've stayed longer but I had to get back to reality, but I can't wait for my next visit next year for my first year anniversary and to bring my extended family to experience true customer service.
Pros. Employees goes extra mile to give a good customer service , definitely my 25 th anniversarry we will stay in Dusit Manila, and everytime a family or friend will visit Philippines I will recommend Dusit hotel I really enjoy staying in that hotel.not to mention I came 14 hours ahead of my flight and Dusit was fully book but they still find a way to accommodate me that was 12 midnight and they just want to make sure I can rest that night after 20 hours flight .
Cons. N/A
Pros. Lobby and reception
Cons. 1. Pathetic rooms. Old rooms stink like dead animals. Bathrooms are small and badly lit. 2. Staff was even worse. Checked into room no. 1112 which was smelling like a dead mice. Complained took 30 minutes to respond and then offered me another room which was even worse, then moved me into a room which was like a hole in the wall on the 15th floor. The duty manager was rude and just kept saying due to renovation there is smell and that i booked a delux room hence i get a smelly room. And believe me i not a very finicky guy. 3. I would say this hotel for its lobby reception security and breakfast at best qualifies to be a 3.5 star.
Pros. The staff is very friendly and they always remember my name. The location is excellent for shopping, dining and doing business. Great buffet breakfast.
Cons. I asked for them for a cab and was charged 40 dollars for a 4 dollars ride to the airport. When I said I was not paying I was promptly told it was already charged. At this point I didn't have a lot of time to argue since I had to go to the airport.
Pros. Value for money
Pros. It was a room.
Cons. Hotel is old and needs renovation. I'm sure there are leaks in the bathroom behind the shower walls. Convenient to the airport at 5am.
Pros. Every thing about this hotel such as cleanliness , facilities, comfort , location and the friendly staff
Cons. Actually nothing
