Guest check-in begins at 3 pm with a check-out time of noon on day of departure. The hotel does have an on-site laundry service for guests who may need or want to clean their clothes before departing. There is 24-hour room service for visitors who want to eat in their room at any time.

The villas come with a plunge pool. Water bungalows are on the ocean giving guests a beautiful ocean view from their king bed. Some bungalows have a plunge pool.
