The staff was very helpful and courteous. The property is situated at a nice location. The available menu was delicious. Highly professional and courteous staff. The resort is good with all the facilities, even for kids like zipline and gaming room. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The staff and facilities are fantastic.

Room have lizard, not expecting in Sterling. Room was OK, nothing special. Food was OK, nothing special. The location is remote, and there are animal sightings, so it's difficult to roam around after sunset. The price of the rooms was very high, and the rooms were absolutely dull. The food needs to be improved. The property can be better maintained. The food and menu could have been better.
