Pros (+) Cozy little room, nicely designed. Ok breakfast.
Cons (-) The bed was super hard, and there was only a very thin and over washed fleece blanket on the bed. We had to have the heat on high to sleep, which made for dry air and bad sleeping.
Pros (+) Better than Motel 6 or Super 8 but not as nice as a Choice hotel property.
Cons (-) Right off the bat Microtel at check in would not honor the Kayack price even though I showed them the confirmation number and price I was quoted via email & text. Then I asked them to cancel the reservation and was told they couldn't due to my using a third party to book room.
