10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great the staff was so professional and so friendly. The restaurant was amazing. We ate dinner and the steak sandwich and the pasta dishes were really good. We also had breakfast which was outstanding for a hotel breakfast. Both servers we had were so much fun and made the meals even better. We had a room with a view of the river and it was lovely. I will definitely be staying there next time I drive to Oregon.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Nice towels.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms and building a bit out of date but totally functional. Locks all functioned, so I felt safe. We slept thru the breakfast so no comment on that! Stayed just one night when passing thru.
Cons: Just that things are older, could use an upgrade.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Floor was not clean as it should be
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Driving a UHaul truck and trailer; parking lot was too small to turn truck and trailer without moving cars already parked. Parked across street (curbside) because only place large enough to park on-site was in the drive at the reception area. Staff was stuck telling me I should have called them directly with pets instead of relying on booking site information. Pet charges were as much as room charges. We were late booking (mid-afternoon) because we were driving long distance and wanted to ensure we could reach location before booking the room.
1.0 Poor
Pros: pretty clean
Cons: Someone broke into my room after I closed the door and left room for a short while, and credit card and debit were stolen from the wallet, the theft apparently swiped the magnetic card into room after seeing me leaving. I found it next day and $5000 lost.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Confi bed
Cons: Everything clean
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff
Cons: The water temperature was weird. It was hard to find a good water temperature
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. They were eager to help with anything we needed. We were there for a hospital stay. They were concerned and helpful. Id definitely stay there again.
Cons: I prefer carpeted rooms but the floors were nice.
6.0 Good
Pros: The team members were helpful and pleasant. Everything seemed to have been newly remodeled.
Cons: Nothing much near the hotel in walking distance. The sink faucet needs to be adjusted so the cold water works. Just hot water comes out.

Pros: Location is good. Breakfast was better than expected.
Cons: The room was not cleaned or serviced for my second day . The sofa seemed to have dog fur all over.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Did not end up staying. The hotel is NOT pet friendly, only DOG friendly. (They would not allow a cat.) It should be advertised more clearly!!!! Very disappointing, as I had already paid for this & had to find another place to stay.

Pros: Everything smelled clean and looked kept up the staff is very nice and helpful! My key wouldn’t work for my room because we were due to check out that morning. 4.0 Okay
Pros: The price and it was clean.
Cons: It was very noisy.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The price was right, but you get what you pay for.
Cons: Front desk first tried to put me in a room in the secondary building, in a dark lot, as a single female traveling by myself. Then upon my insistence, put me in a room closer to the office and light. This room was backed to the alley, and of course trash day was the next morning at 6 AM for a fun wake up call. Not like I slept anyhow, because guests above me were partying and shouting until 4 AM, then around 5 AM an altercation broke out in the lot. No interference. There was a cigarette burn on the comforter, everything was chipped and old, but the bed was comfortable enough. It was a very sleepless and uncomfortable stay.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The room was a little bit loud due to the traffic noise.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was great!! We will definitely stay there again its very comfortable and clean.
Cons: Was a bit noisy. Breakfast was closed but understandable due to the virus situation.
6.6 Good
Pros: Beds were pretty comfortable
Cons: They didn't tell me at check in when breakfast was
4.8 Okay
Cons: WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ... be fore i book in this place i read the reviews and looked good while some of the reviews were pointing about the dangerous location. First night i park my car right in front of my room. Next day my car was broken into , a lot of things got stolen. If u plan to go to this horrible hotel plan to go without car or plan to let your car without any valuable (everything in my car was hidden). The worst part is when i went complain in the morning the owner was acting like something very normal and he was saying that it s more common in the other hotel (that s not professional to promote your bad hotel by saying bullshit about the others) While i was in redding to go see the nature the water falls i did not want waste my time calling 911 and doing the police report that will make me waste a lot of time. Guys just to let you know in case something wrong will happen this place they will not care about you and they will not stand by your side. A lot of drug users walk by the hotel 24/7 . I was going to the pool at 4pm i found 2 people using drugs next to the ice machine and using the same ice as the costumer of the hotel. Nobody care during the day as during the night . They only care for the money you gonna spend you get stolen you are unhappy it is not there business. I will go back to Redding for sure but THUNDERBIRD never more.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: clean, easy room
Cons: a little noisy
9.7 Excellent
Pros: simple easy
Cons: please offer a few small bottles of water in the room that are included, also, Kayak please make this a toggle on your site, so we the users can easily eliminate hotels that don't offer bottled water, thx, tia
7.7 Good
Pros: Stayed here before, it's ok, not a five star hotel, but it's good enough. Location is nice, it's downtown, close to food and shopping.
Cons: Can get a bit noisy with the traffic. Parking is not ideal, too small, not enough spaces.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly, only a little road noise to complain about but nothing a fan couldn't drown out.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cheap, cheap, cheap. Great location. Food all around. Center of town.
Cons: Center of town comes with people. All night long on the weekends. Dinner and drinks right next store and everyone parking in the lodges spots. Had to park on the street over a block away. Rooms were redone not too long ago but the work was very poorly done and wearing. Bed was not the greatest. Cheap though.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Newer shower, flat screens, still some old charm.
Cons: If they stick you in the 300 building, it shares a parking lot with a Mexican restaurant who's dumpster's are in the alley right behind you. On the night we stayed, the trash company came to pick them up and drop them a few times starting at 5am. Would've been nice to have been told that this might have been a possibility instead of being jolted like there was a battering ram coming through the wall. You can hear big rigs moving through the area all night.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The lady working the front desk was helpful and kind.
Cons: The room had dirty sheets and pillow cases. The garbage wasn't taken out from previous guests, the curtains wouldn't close all the way. There were also burn holes in blankets and curtains.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.
Cons: It was very dated. Not quite up to the standards of a Red Lion. TV had only 24 channels, some not worth watching. The room needed so serious remodeling.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing about the property was pleasant.
Cons: There was no fridge, no microwave, ice machine was broken, the bedding was dirty and the staff seemed like she didn't care. A whole wing of rooms was reserved for bus drivers which included all amenities. There were homeless people partying all around the property. The pool stated it was open year round but it was filthy.
6.0 Good
Pros: close to the job site. the front desk people where very good
Cons: the place was run down no alarm clock in the room. bad area i worried about my tools in the car
6.0 Good
Pros: The only reason I went back to the hotel was because of the front desk agent . She was kind, had INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Pros: Good quiet location and more room than I required for the price.
Cons: No
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything smelled clean and looked kept up the staff is very nice and helpful! My key wouldn’t work for my room because we were due to check out that morning. We decided to pay for another day and the lady cleaning the room across from ours asked me if I wanted her to open the door for me and I appreciated it a lot! Would stay here again! Very satisfied!
Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like.

Pros: Loved the size of the room. Loved the cleanliness. Staff was wonderful and attentive. I also loved that they had a laundry room. Saved us with having a toddler you never know what they might get into.
Cons: The breakfast could use a little work. More options like eggs and bacon.
