Pros (+) so enjoyed our spa treatments of the Royal Hammam. We were washed, scrubbed, had masque treatments and a lovely massage over a 2hr session. The women who were our attendees were so kind and did a wonderful job making us feel amazingly rested and cared for! The breakfast was delicious and the service was very nice.
Cons (-) We found the room dark and difficult to see to do makeup in the bathroom due to the poor lighting. Upon checkout, we tried to make our payment for our 2 Royal Hammam treatments by using our the credit card. Pros (+) This place is literally an oasis in the middle of the medina. My wife and I stayed in the deluxe suite and we absolutely loved our room. They serve amazing food all day but please make sure you eat on the terrace at night!! its amazong!!
Cons (-) Walking to the riad at night is a little scary. The good thing is that the staff sends someone to meet you outside if you call ahead. Definitely not a make or break thing.
