Very bad service

Cons: The rental didnt take place. They said that they didnt receive the reservation and wanted to charge double the price I got in the reservation. Very bad service, very arrogant. Canr believe this is affilited to Dollars.

Got Scammed by Dollar employees

Cons: When I went to pick up the car firstly didn't get the car I had booked. Just a normal size car when we booked a large one for 5 people, and 5 suitcases. So our Journey was incredible crammed and uncomfortable. When we returned we got scammed by the people working there, said there credit card machine was broken and I had to get cash out for them. Which I didn't believe. They tried to charge me 300 euros for one extra day, then got it down to 140. After arguing for 10 minutes that I wasn't getting cash out that I didn't believe them - I had no choice too. I returned to their desk 5 minutes later as they hadn't given me a legitiment reciept - to see them using their credit card machine perfectly fine with another customer. I went crazy - and asked them for the cash back, as they clearly pocketed it for themselves. They wouldn't return the money and charge my card.

Cons: - Car wasn't ready on arrival - Attendant wouldn't accept damage protection I bought online through Dollar. I had to buy it again and I'm still trying to get my money back. - I also had to pre-authorize $1,700.00 on my credit card as a deposit for the car - The car didn't have a full tank of gas. I had to get gas outside the airport. What a hassle - new country, new money, no gas in rental car on pickup - The counter didn't even have a city map to give us The overall experience was TERRIBLE.
