Pros. We really liked the casino and the parking.
Cons. We didn’t like that several of the facilities were closed. We were not warned of this prior to our stay.
Pros. Stay was OK, but wasn't anything to write home about.
Cons. My (Trump 2020) face mask evidently annoyed the casino cashier. She tossed my winnings at me, slinging the coins across the counter. Very rude and discourteous. I won't ever be back, especially since there is a much nicer competing hotel/casino right down the road from this one.
Pros. The staff was very fun and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, the bed was comfy!
Cons. The casino is smoking... it’s so gross!
Cons. Room was to expensive compared to the sub par furniture and very uncomfortable beds and cleanliness of room was poor
Pros. Property is located at the Hollywood Casino.
Cons. I got the “oh you paid on the Internet” rooms... two rooms at the far end of the hallway on the second floor... with a view of a garage and of a roof... . I tried to get rooms without booking through a third party site, but the same room was 20% more... so she “found” these rooms for us.
Pros. The price was good
Cons. No help or luggage trolleys to get everything to room. Had to make multiple trips to car.
Pros. I loved the big bed !!!! Everything was extremely nice there and the casino was clean.... I didn't win though
Cons. The house keeper stole money from hotel room. Security did not care nor make an effort to help! Horrible!
Pros. We stayed at Hollywood Casino Hotel because we where attending a concert at the amphitheater. It was very convenient and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons. The hallway carpet really needed cleaning.
Pros. It was great. Good food. Slots were loose. Room very comfortable
Cons. We had to leave
