10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, amazing views, relaxing. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Cons: The island night was great but they asked everyone to get up and give a speech about what they liked about the resort. This was weird and unnecessary. Myself and others around the room squirmed in their seats. Totally spoiled the night for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: quite small, which is perfect because that‘s why it felt so private. The location, the staff, the scenery... everything is so nice an pretty. The only thing Seabreeze can improve on is the breakfast as for us germans it is the most important meal of the day. Choices of bread etc would be nice - on the other hand it‘s a tropical island so deal with it
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing resort in beautiful setting. Private and luxurious. Stuart (manager) was fantastic and helpful and the Samoan staff were lovely and friendly and so happy all the time. Food was amazing, especially Fiafia night feast. Cultural evening on the Friday was informative and funny. It was hands down the nicest holiday I have ever had.
Cons: Dont have any real complaints. Wifi was a bit patchy due to the weather but once we let go of our Western obsession with being connected the wifi issue didnt matter, we just switched off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Me and my wife loved the Room, the friendly staff, the restaraunt, the included daily mini-bar, the poolside infinity pool, the views and the snrokeling. Also make sure you book on a friday, as the evening entertainment and banquet was awesome.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful time at the Seabreeze resort .We needed some quiet relaxing time out from what has been a busy year so far and this place gave us just what we needed and more. It is a beautiful setting, the food is great, the staff and their Manager Stuart are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble very attentive with lots of good advice on what to do,where to go and how to keep yourself safe.
Cons: Cant think of anything!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: High quality rooms. Great people and service. Good beach with snorkelling over coral. Very good food - especially the fish dishes. Helpful advice about what to see when had a hire car.
Cons: Lots of trees and hill behind, meant that it was hard to find a place to tan. A bit on the pricey side. Wife went for morning runs and was threatened by dogs, once bitten. Wifi was bought at $20 for 2 hrs, but the service was so slow that the time got chewed up waiting for things to load. Pretty useless.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Every day when the room was cleaned the staff made an animal sculpture using towels, each day was different, & our mini bar was restocked with wine, beer and snacks, included in the price. Comfy Beds.
Cons: The staff were very quiet, so i missed some more local interaction and knowledge on local culture, yet the staff were always polite and friendly, just a bit reserved, a good negative for some i guess.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing! If you have the opportunity please do visit Food, staff, management, entertainment, everything was perfect!

Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a library. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a ferry terminal shuttle.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were great, the beach and the facilities were great. Staff were amazing and so was the Fia Fia night
Cons: No restaurants around the area so recommend getting a car, we wanted to taste more of the local food and save money, most of the restaurants and markets are in Apia, approx 1 hour from resort. The food at the resort was normal resort food, and at resort prices. The food at Fia Fia night at the resort was amazing, traditional Samoan food.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, great location, friendly staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good activities like snorkeling and kayaking, seats to relax by the beach
Cons: Fairly expensive prices for food and few eating places nearby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing facilities and great food
Cons: Didnt realise when booking that we would be staying in a hotel and not one of the bungalows which were shown in the photos. The hotel was beautiful though and absolutely no complaints - just couldnt tell when booking
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room & safe relaxing swimming. The drinking water filling stations around the resort. Compliments to the chefs for the nice meals and Leilani in the main restaurant for her friendly customer service.
Cons: The front desk staff customer service seemed to be a bit rushed in both the check in and check out process. We found out a lot about the facilities through the folder in the room. Cannot recall being asked 'how's your stay' at anytime, but it seemed they bend over backwards for the palagi guests.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is great
Cons: Very expensive and lack of good wine/beverage selection in general. Food pretty average also.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed at a room in front of the beach and we enjoyed the view and the sound of the ocean. It's got a GOOD AIR-CON but we didn't use it, rather enjoyed the breeze and the natural sound. Equipment of kayaking, snorkeling and paddle boarding was FREE OF CHARGE and the staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast was nice - a lot more options than we imagined. Food/drinks were also good. Restaurant/bar pricing was, we think, quite REASONABLE as a resort. Remember the currency is Samoan Tala WST (your first accommodation fee bill may show USD, and that's why we thought all the prices were USD. After we paid everything on check-out we finally realised it's actually WST and we're like OH we could've spent a bit more!) So overall, it was FANTASTIC and we would recommend this place!
Cons: Remember it takes 1.5 hour drive from/to the airport if you don't like sitting in a car. For us, honestly, it was fun because we could see all the small Samoan villages and local people. It was actually a good experience. Also remember you should pay your accommodation fee PRIOR TO ARRIVAL otherwise your room won't be properly booked - it might depend on what kind of room you book, at least we had to pay prior to arrival. Also DON'T BE SHY to check the breakdown of your bill on check-out - because there was a massive error in our invoice but we did double check and made them correct it.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean and tidy rooms and property
Cons: Menu (especially kids) could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here two years ago and fell in love with Samoa, and beautiful Saletoga. We booked a hotel room again, as these are really great affordable options, to save money for other things. Upon arrival we found we had been upgraded to a pool side hut. Well... we'll never go back to the hotel rooms now! How amazingly spacious, and the bathroom is beautiful! We are so grateful for this upgrade- it truly made our holiday even better! The resort has grown in size since our last stay, and i was so impressed to see a big focus on sustainability within the resort this time. The food is always delish, cocktails at the pool bar go down pretty well too! Seeing all the familiar faces from 2 years ago reassured us it was not only a great to stay, but a great work place. Having them recognise us was so cool! Gav and Lou are correct- it's a home and you certainly feel like Aiga. We will be back, time and time again. Saletoga is our fave place out of all of our holidays. Nothing compares to the chill, tropical vibes here-even in the torrential rain! See you again beautiful Saletoga.
Cons: The pool bar wasn't open as often as it was last time- but possibly a good thing for our bank account!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. Isolated, so very quiet, yet within easy driving distance of many tourist highlights. Can swim, snorkel and kayak right at the resort. Loved the balconies on all the rooms. We stayed in the garden rooms with sea view. These were fine. After seeing the the resort glad we didn't pay extra to be on the little island. Great location for restaurant. We enjoyed the snorkelling in the lagoon. Not too expansive but enjoyable. We loved having use of the kayaks. Loved the pool near the restaurant. Thought the manmade pool in the lagoon was a good idea.
Cons: The staff are very friendly, but, We stayed a week, and decided staff got less helpful the longer we stayed. Nothing too important but an e.g. would be instead of being offered tea or coffee, juice with breakfast as was the case the first 2 days, we had to find staff and request. No information provided on tides, current or where to kayak. The security man was the person that helped us most with this information. We wanted to book a snorkelling tour, but we ended up organising that ourselves. On checkout, we were told resort bus could have driven us around if we requested it. This is not in any information received. This is the negative, but the staff were still friendly and wonderful and made our stay fun. Maybe just a little bit Samoan and this could be a good thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An amazing resort on a beautiful part of the island. The staff were very friendly and always there to help. The lagoon was beautiful for snorkelling in and swimming in. Food was very tasty. Would love to come back to this resort!
Cons: Menu was limited if staying for more than a few nights but on a plus you can get a free shuttle to nearby resorts.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Design of the resort (really authentic), beautiful reef (snorkeling), very friendly and kind staff, specially Siatua and Doreen. Also food was absolutely delicious.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! Room was very comfortable and clean with lovely ocean and garden views! Food and drink was delicious. Highly recommend Aga Reef Resort!
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice location for snorkelling, lovely swimming pool, rooms a good size.
Cons: Rooms advertised as sea view but view was of palm trees and back of other units. When presented with ground floor room with view into back of other units, I said I had booked a room with sea view. After a long wait they transferred us to an upstairs room but still could only sea palm trees. Beers were warm. Food disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff were fantastic! Very hospitable and friendly. Our room was luxurious and food was very tasty and delicious

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. 9.6 Excellent
Pros: The resort is super beautiful, amazing views, lovely ambience. Staff extremely friendly. Nice breakfast included. We stayed in a bungalow over the water and it was amazing to see the sunrise and sunset from there, super spacious, amazing terrace, we even saw big turtles from there!! Everything was perfect for a perfect honeymoon. We also tried the spa, nice pool inside (but a bit cold) and arranged a tour directly in the hotel. I can keep saying good things but I will finish saying: Highly recommended.
Cons: The bungalows don't have a direct stair to the water, it would be good to keep it optional for the guest or put it in and out.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Hidden cost at this resort
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed very comfy Loved the shower FALE Ula Staff fantastic special thanks to Toto, Tony and Nuisa Snorkeling with turtles a highlight Dark rye bread scrumptious Great pool bar snack menu and loved the tuna sashimi
Cons: Really feel the disco duck ruined the aesthetics of the pool area as the resort so beautiful , it didn’t seem to fit the scene , would like to see it completely removed
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is good. Beautiful resort. Good food. Excellent musician!
Cons: Staffs not too warm as other places, with few exceptions. Glass windows doesn’t provide privacy when looked outside. We booked one of those over the water cabins specially for my birthday. They’re noticed but nothing was organised to celebrate that, even a free song or free desert or any kind of appreciation.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: This place was so horrific that we couldn‘t stay more than one night. Luckily we were offered a local rate at Sinalei Resort just on the other side of the bay which saved our holidays. Our money for the remaining 6nights was gone, but moving out of Coconuts was the best to do. Samoa is a wonderful place with wonderful people! But the manegement of Coconuts just ruined its huge potential. I feel sorry for the people who work there as you can see the frustration on the guests faces which is reflected by the staff. Worst pick ever on booking.com Honestly speaking, I do not understand where Coconuts got the reviews from. We had the beach front houses and everything in there not only looked but also felt so dirty and ready for refurbishment...

5.4 Okay
Pros: The layout was lovely
Cons: Shower not finished off. Slippery tiles on the walkways. No remotes for the air conditioning and staff had to turn it higher or lower and take remotes away again. Mattresses were too big for the bed bases and so it felt like you were falling off No complimentary WiFi No phones for room service Charges for going to order and then taking your own meal to your room - even though room service was supposed to be free No local food like taro or breadfruit or pineapple for advertised drinks. No niu. No cutlery or glasses or utensils in the kitchenette. The ‘boss’ doesn’t seem to let staff make any common sense decisions or trust their staff for anything, they all had to call and check for everything. I would not recommend the place or stay there again - even though the staff are absolutely delightful and lovely - they are very badly managed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s all about the kids and they definitely loved the place! we will return in the near future... I shall be recommending Le Uaina resort to my friends and family
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is a rip off never will stay there again staff were good but it's a rip off!!!
6.7 Good
Pros: Cumfy bed
Cons: Lack of amenities
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Well maintained, beautiful gardens & lovely entrance to reception. Very friendly & professional bar/restaurant staff. Clean, private room. Free breakfast!
Cons: Reception weren’t knowledgeable in providing information about activities ie: where’s the best place to snorkel, how to get to places etc, what activities could we do within walking distance. The receptionist on our arrival was wonderful & helpful. The receptionist on check out was not - we just needed help in organising transport to town which she could not or would not help with. We ended up walking up the long driveway with our luggage to flag down a taxi to town ourselves. Not cool!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The initial booking process was good. Confirmation of booking and deposits were made easy with credit card over the phone.
Cons: After confirming all details of our stay with a staff member over email and phone we got to the resort and were not allowed to check in without paying extra for children that were previously confirmed in the booking and when we asked to speak to management they were “not available”. The resort was recently “refurbished” so the Beachfront Villas we saw pictures of when we booked were NOT what we arrived to- it was no longer the authentic Samoan fale accomodation we booked but a flat like concrete prison with no grass anywhere. The safe alarm went off every day and we were not allowed to choose our own code. We were not allowed our own air conditioning remote so the temperature had to stay as it was or not at all. Breakfast finished at 9am, who has breakfast before 9am on holiday?? Very disappointing experience for what we paid!!!!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very cheap, has a pool.
Cons: Could of had a kettle in the room and a couple of cups. No hot water but have found that not unusual for Samoa, wasn’t a problem as was nice to cool down.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good place to get rest if your not wanting to go anywhere else, also nice and quite my lil family had the pool to ourselves, it wasn’t all that but just being able to spend time with my lil family and no interruption from anyone is the best thing to happen. Staff were awesome, rooms were fair and safe for the kids as the balcony was secure

Pros: They tried
Cons: No tv even though it said there should be. No breakfast even though it said there should be. Totaly alone at the hotel as it was for sale, scary !!! Toilet badly working. Shower badly working. Power went out at night, totally dark in the middle of nowhere, scary !!!
