Cons (-) The sink was cracked in are room but thankfully did not seem to leak. The shower hot water heater only provided about five minutes of hot water before the water went cold. So no nice long relaxing hot showers for us. The a/c in the room made there room decently cold but if you like it very cold it's not going to happen.
