I was never given the car by sixt, they had a complete mess with their reservations. They told me my reservation was cancelled but I was never notified and still was deducted the fee. I need my refund.

The car was great and there were no problems as far a quality. However, the pick up process was not good. I purchased the insurance through the website when the reservation was done. When I got to the counter they informed me that I had two options. Buy the insurance that they had, even though I had already purchased insurance, or have an $18,000.00 Hold on my credit card. Of course because of the amount and it being a foreign transaction, my credit card thought it was fraud and the hold could not be placed. I was forced to buy the second insurance. On top of everything, I rented the car for 4 days and they only had cars that had Pico Y placa on one of those days. So it could not be used in town for one of the days. I would not rent from them again. The insurance process is very shady.

They charged allot of money for cleaning but gave a dirty car, the car was old and car play wasnt working, after they showed a scratch on one side and charged allot saying it need to paint the full side. They are unfair people and will never rent again.

The car wasn’t ready by the time i arranged it. I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to arrive. When the car arrived, the staff member mentioned that the car wasn’t clean because they didn’t have the chance to wash it. The car smelled like weed and cigarettes the whole time, we found a blunt under the passenger seat. The staff member stated it that they didn’t have another car to rent it to me. I returned the car 3 hours prior the time, and asked them for some type of credit for the whole situation, they denied it. This is a very unprofessional company.
