Pros: The staff was helpful but there was so many complications and hidden fees and my insurance purchased with Allianz as recommended by you guys wasn't valid. It took us 1hr+ to simply pick up the car...Cons: Honestly, if there are any hidden fees, please tell us beforehand, nobody likes these type of surprises.

When I talked with them, they were of absolutely NO HELP. Could not explain who canceled or for what reason. TERRIBLE customer service. Will not use them again. And will think twice before booking thru you!!

Didn't say clearly about 1000 usd deposit!Pros: Wow! That should be clearly stated and in bold print! Who rents a car with a 1000 usd deposit for 2 days??!Cons: Really deceptive advertising on the part of budget rentacar and kayak! I am really unhappy with this and will probably never use kayak again. I always use kayak and now won't.
