Pros (+) I have stayed here many times since it opened. This trip was for personal reasons but I am usually there for work. It's location suits both purposes. The rooms also suit both small families and solo travelers. I don't recall seeing a tub in any of my rooms (I could be wrong) so if you need that for kids, keep that in mind. Cons (-) The main fault I have found with the hotel is that their noise proofing isn't the best. Due to its proximity to the baseball facilities, a lot of teams stay there (teen aged teams). They are not always quiet and you will hear them in the halls. I can also hear street noises in the rooms closer to the road (nosies are louder than they really should be).
