Room was clean and adequate. Adequate breakfast supplied at no extra cost.
Building apart from rooms rather tatty. No adjustment available on room heating - too hot.
The room was clean.
The television did not work, neither did the wifi in the bedroom. The light in the separate toilet did not work. The whole building looked a little run down. The staff had to deal with the police regarding a disruptive customer. Finally, I do not think that, overall, this type of accommodation is worth £30/night.
Cheap, but excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel room was neat, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended.
Dirty outside. Middlesbrough seems to have a rubbish removal problem.
Friendly on arrival can't fault it at all will return room what I wanted if you complain about this then pay the money to stay in the ritz!! Don't think they will be as friendly as this place
