Cons (-) It was night from hell. They have a standard ac/heat unit in the front of the room and there is no way to adjust temperature on that thing for a life of me. It goes from Sahara breeze to North Pole temperature in less than millimeter. And there is no escape from that air flow when unit is on. It will drown TV noise,you won't be able to carry on the phone conversation...just give up.
