Pros (+) The location pretty good, nice surroundings. Close to shopping and entertainment.
Cons (-) Only thing I didn't like was my rooms bed was a little on the hard side but everything else Elias great.

Cons (-) Reservations was mess up we had reserve 2 queen beds, but got a king room. Hotel was book for the night the staff when out of their way to get us in the right room.

Cons (-) We were given a handicap room, which had a roll in shower with a curtain and shower chair. Being a non-handicap couple, I was disappointed when we were unable to move to a room with a tub. I asked for a discount but the lady at the front desk said she could not provide me one since I booked though an outside source.
Pros (+) Clean, quiet, extremely comfortable, and exactly what it was promised to be. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. Nice little snack shop came in handy with my late check in. Forgotten toiletries were also available at the shop. I ate twice at the bistro and the food was great. Healthy options available there. Overall, a wonderful experience.
