Clean, lovely views. Large junior suite. Food good. Great Location. Nice area, next to the sea, so easy to be relaxed. Large rooms, very comfortable beds which are 2m wide in Junior Suite which lets you sleep with your child, which was very handy. Nice view from the window, very clean hotel, very nice staff. The layout of the hotel, the heated pool and the ideal location for sun worshippers! It was clean and very good day time food was good. Hotel is next to the beach. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms and all sea view. ? friendly staff. Excellent kids club. Location. Well, my boyfriend and I where having a very bad last six months, and I think these days were crucial for us to stay together. Thanks. Nice location, lovely views, great staff, clean room! Fantastic hotel, everything was perfect. + Environment - View from the hotel and nice surroundings, clean rooms, very kids friendly + Restaurants and beverages - most of the food is absolutely delicious, long period of serving food, queues for drinks and buffets are not too large as at other all inclusive hotels we have been + Staff - hard working and polite, funny and kind animators and great evening entertainment like live music + Activities - close aqua sports like water scooters, inside rental cars with good prices, the hotel offers a lot of games like table tennis, darts, archery, aqua sports and so on. The food was delicious and great variety The room was big Two staff in particular , pepe and a Moroccan guy who works in the restaurant were the best . Great security and diversion . I would deffo go again it was a great experience.
Location, very quiet, nothing outside complex. The reusabel glasses and plates should have been cleared more. Also the elevator situation is just bad. so bad. most things. security man at entrance with hand cuffs and a batten checking to see if you had a bracelet or not he did not greet Guests as they came and went A concierge at the entrance meeting and greeting guests as come and go from the resort. Food was monotonous, tailored to a British tourist (toast, English breakfast, fried and fatty), not much of a Spanish cuisine on offer. Terrible coffee! If you want to have nice coffee for breakfast you need for the ocean club to open at 10am (closed on Tuesdays) and pay. Some rooms have a view of a kitchen extractor and are loud (luckily we were able to change to a different room). Struggled to deal with unruly guests. The night time entertainment at night was terrible very poor for the size of the hotel. Lack of juices. Cold pools (only half of the pool was heated). Our experience at Taurito princess was very bad. Starting at checking in. We came there and there was only one man behind the desk. He did answer the phone and also checked us in which took a long time. We could get something to eat and come back at 14.00 pm which was check-in time, that’s okay because we knew that. The food was horrible, not very much choice and the quality of the food was very bad, dripping in fat. We thought that maybe it was only that day.. The next morning we are on our way to the pool to find out everybody had laid out their towels and ‘reserved’ a sun lounger and there was almost nobody at the pool. So no place to lay down.. little did we know it was the standard every morning and if you do not lay out your towel in the dark you will have no chance of laying by the pool. The room itself is okay, the bathroom is big. But the sheets have holes in it and the safe was out of order. The whole week the food was so bad that we went out for dinner. The food is dripping in fat and it’s way too crowded in the eating area. Almost every time I wanted to get something to drink the machines were out of order. Some tables were set, but most of them weren’t because we got the idea that there was way too less staff and way too much guests. More than they could’ve had. And if you are expecting to drink a cocktail, you have to pay for it. So do not expect something from their ‘all inclusive’ service. It’s NOT. The sun loungers and tables are covered in mold, not very clean. When I wanted to take some coffee I was looking for a cup but there were only dirty ones left so I asked a lady from the staff and she was very rude and said that I had to drink out of a plastic cup and when I said that is impossible with coffee she rolled her eyes and walked away. The plastic cups (which are for soft drink) are stacked on each other all wet and hair on them. Nothing near the hotel and hard to get to the nearest places to visit especially with kids. So we stayed in the hotel for our entire stay. Lack of activities, if you are not a big family you would get bored quickly. You have to stay with your kids while they are at the kids mini club (I assumed you can leave them to be looked after and go and enjoy sometime). People wake up early and go put their towels on the pool loungers by the time we have breakfast there is no space to sit down even if there is no People just their towels lol. Also we had an argument with a private clinic that comes to do PCR tests and antigen test and the staff wouldn't assist us. The beach isn't clean and the sand is black my kids didn't like it. Got really over packed especially on the weekend. My flight was at 8pm and was asked to leave the room at 12pm even though I booked my whole entire days. In two occasions food was off and we reported it. Need radical reconstruction - Elevators doesn’t work almost every day, electricity and lights with bad connection, water below going out below toilet and from the shower; Slow wifi (even the paid ones). Better hand over information - We heard “you can’t” like twenty times (but all people are doing it around you), like being at the pool after 6 PM (next day there were people between 6-8 PM the whole time) smoking at the pool, taking the inflatable bed to the pool, go wet there, going for food 3 minutes after their deadline, parking for a few minutes at the hotel) - discounts and benefits heard from other companies.. there should be a list of rules, recommendations, and benefits and highlighted marks; Someone stole our quick-drying towels at the pool, so maybe some security recommendations into the mentioned recommendation list - More English friendly - Almost no one doesn’t speak other languages than Spanish (except managers, receptionists and some animators) and sometimes we had a feeling that they just don’t listen and just guessing what we want more than poor English, Activities are mainly in Spanish - Restaurants and beverages - Required reservations for dinner outside on Friday and Saturday evening that doesn’t make sense, since half of the tables are empty, there are only hotel guests and there is a super large queue for inside tables; Staff at the restaurant share their stress when they are under the pressure on customers sometimes; The most disgusting juice I have ever drink, burgers and pizza tastes a bit un-fresh, water tastes like from the sea.
