It was very clean and spacious!
The location of this hotel was great. Easy access to everything we needed. The breakfast was your typical hotel version. Not fabulous, but they did have several choices.

Great people, good location, good price My room was on the side facing the Speedway gas station that got busy at 530am....and the window glass is too thin to keep the noise of the trucks and cars down. Always awake by 530. Maybe the McDonald's side is quieter....ask for that side.
Good cookies. The mattresses still had the protective shipping plastic on them. There was a bad smell in the hallways most of the time. We would have left if we hadn't paid up front for the week. This is not even close to a 2.5 star.
Clean room, clean lobby.Breakfast was ok nothing special. Located by express way. Very quiet hotel. Kingsize bed very comfortable. I liked everything about this hotel. We marked this on our map as a great place to stay when traveling from Micigan to Florida.
When I was told that we might be entitled to a discount for the smoke saturated room & towels and to request it on this review. I'm asking! Listed as none smoking hotel! Location was good. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke, towels smelled of smoke and when we turned on the exhaust fan, it got worse. My wife went to the front desk to complain. They brought an air freshener spray and used in the bathroom & room. It didn't work! ðŸ˜
Close to my destination Not a lot of better eating restaurants close to hotel but many fast food places.
Location was great, and the bed was comfy
clean, comfortable bed and easy location
Breakfast Slow check in. Had to wait the lady finally came up after I called hotel she looked like she was tweeking, couldn't find my reservation I had booked 1 week in advance , parking was HORRIBLE ! Room wasn't clean, WiFi slow remote no work
Many basic needs were met coupled with little nuances, example... the pop machine did not gouge us. No refrigerator in the room.
Nice clean updated Bathroom door doesnt seal because its a glass barn slider. awkward. beds were meh. pillows meh.
Loved the room, bed, and set up. Check-in staff around 5 PM were slightly snobby and acted like they did not want to be there (3 younger girls).
Rooms are clean and quiet Hotel is up to date They are making additional upgrades, including the Concierge Room Easy location to get back on the highway The price via Kayak was a steal Nothing
Staff was great perfect place for a quick stop through town.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our room didn't have a refrigerator, which would have been nice.
It was a comfortable room and the bed was amazing! The room was inclusive, worth the money. The staff was amazing also. Free hot breakfast and coffee! I really enjoyed my stay. My husband and I will definitely come and stay again. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you. We also enjoyed the pool. Clean towels and just right tempature. That we didn't stay long enough! ;)
The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We arrived late at night 30 minutes before the bar was suppose close. We thought we would have time to grab a drink before bed to unwind but unfortunately the bar closed early that night.
this hotel is very close to where our family lives, making it a convenient place for us to stay. They have 4 children and there was too much going on in the house for us, their grandparents to stay in. Thanks for being just down the road from Beckett Ridge
The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was happy for what I paid. I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price though. It was under construction and was in need of some updates.
Hotel was very nice! The beds were not comfortable. I have been done in my back ever since I left the hotel Saturday morning.
This hotel has been renovated. Our room and floor was very modern. The indoor pool was nice as well. TV was huge for a hotel room. Location was perfect. 10 minute drive to Kings Island right off of the highway. Plenty of places to go out to eat. No

Some of the most pleasant staff I've ever met very helpful genuinely caring
Great location, newly remodeled rooms, very clean!
The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Very nice! A hot tub at the indoor pool would have been very nice.
This was the newest and cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was a really excellent experience!

The room is nice and updated. We were not given washcloths and our breakfast card had already been filled out; it wasn't new.
Comfortable Dark hallway next to our room. I would have expected a better renovation since it's newly fixed up. It's strange & awkward to see the plumping in the bathroom. Very tacky
Nothing-it was filthy dirty and we cked out 30 mins after checking in-still waiting on refund. Would not recommend Dirty dirty dirty
Very clean and staff was very nice. The mattress was very hard. It was like we were sleeping on the floor. Ended up leaving a day early because of the mattress.
Everything. Location was good. Staff very friendly. Bed was good . The smell from the breakfast. They cooked the breakfast down the hall in a room and it didn't smell very good . That's probably because I'm not a breakfast eater.
I liked everything about it! Sharonville sucks
The staff was excellent, and very helpful. The rooms need more lights or brighter bulbs in the lamps. The pool needs to be really cleaned the tiles have names in the slime.
I like the space for parking, I like the staff, they're very nice people. If you are traveling with multiple children, there's no way you can beat the breakfast for the price you pay. I think the nightly rate should hover somewhere around $54-$65 (not over that) it shouldn't be $77, or $84 because after tax, you're looking at $100 bucks a night (which in my opinion is not the true value of this place). I travel all the time and stay in all kinds of hotels, very high end, and some lower budgets. this is on the higher end of the lower budget motels/hotels in Cincinnati (your best deal to avoid extreme red tape). Walls are paper thin, riff raff are all through the place, but I noticed it wasn't that that ....that bad. So the value is my main Con. I've stayed here a few times for a week at a time because my kids like the breakfast they offer. But if it was a 2/3 night stay, I would consider Embassy Suites for a few extra bucks.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, liked that it had a fridge and microwave, pool was a nice Wish breakfast had a little more variety
This hotel was very clean. All the staff was polite and considerate. It was well situated. No disguised bad smells. It was quiet and seemed more upscale than the price would indicate. I was very relieved that it was so nice. Not one thing would I have changed. I felt safe in this hotel.
Whenever, we're in Cincy I love staying here. The staff is always friendly and I feel that we get a great value. The facility and the amenities that are offered are always great.
Nice hotel My friend smoked a cigarette in the room. I was unaware because I was gone. But I was charged 250 dollars for her choice. I can understand a penalty but that price is extreme.
Rooms were clean and nice. I wish breakfast would have bee a little better. Hallways smelled like smoke and one of our 3 nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke.
Great location, right next to the tennis center. Free shuttle was nice. Good value. Only stocked with enough coffee for one person. Trouble with key card working. Glob of toothpaste in sink.
The breakfast was good... The location to Kings Island was great for the price. All the staff were very friendly, and they even went out of there way to help us! Great place to stay for the money! The only problem we had was the sports bar across the street was rather loud on Saturday night
The location The room. It felt ghetto. Stale smelling room.
not very clean and kept up.
I've stayed at the Super 8 in Huntington, WV & Portsmouth, OH many times and found them to be reasonably price hotels similar to a Holiday Inn. The Super 8 in Mason was a Motel with a peeling tub, grimey floors. I was traveling solo with my daughter and did not feel safe on the lower level with a large front window. It was a snowy weekend, but the parking lot was not cleared at all.
Location. Dirty. Poor maid service. Old TV. No refrigerator in room. Over priced.
No one at the counter when checked in and out had to wait for someone to come to counter. Carpet dirty and stained in room.
Very close to tennis center. Staff was friendly Wallpaper peeling off walls. Needs some updates.
Location to Kings Island Dated facility in need of an update. Pool was not heated and cloudy. Messy public areas.
The playground for the children. It was not clean.
Pool open till midnight, shuttle to psrk Layout of room thought it would be nicer for value
we had a very nice time at this hotel, not only was the pool great for the kids but they also enjoyed their breakfast, which they usually don't eat much, but they enjoyed the cereal. I'd stay there again
only one person working, ice machines only every other floor, lobby & bar together - so we had to watch a gross drunk man and lady making out while we checked in, could not find ice machine & no staff on duty to ask - just a note at front desk that said "be right back", worst of all, they did not even have the room we reserved and tried to put us in a different room w/only one bed, when we refused that , we got an older room across from the kitchen, which was a bummer, room set up was odd - tv located awkwardly between bed & sitting area. We spent our second night at the Marriott down the street (were in town to go to IKEA) and it was truly EXCELLENT - for SAME PRICE !
Food service 24/7, friendly staff, clean and quiet!
We had a blast...always do! We would go a lot more often if it wasn't so expensive to stay.
great themed atmosphere. Surpringly plenty to do in the waterpark! Something for the entire family! Magiquest is there, so plan on $40-90 more per child for that. The price of hotel is High dollar.
We've stayed at Great Wolf a number of times, but this was our first in Cincinnati. It was very consistent - rooms were spacious, waterpark was clean. Our daughter LOVED MagicQuest, and the people in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great stay! We normally don't go in peak season, so we weren't used to having a wait to check in. The desk clerks were really efficient, so the line moved quickly.
We stayed here for the Southern & Western tennis tournament which was about 15 miles away. We only paid * a night which I think is a great bargain for a hotel room these days. The room was large, very clean and had comfortable beds. Each bed had 3 pillows, each with different thicknesses to choose from. It had a flat screen tv(!), a microwave and a mini-fridge. We had leftovers from dinner one night and were able to save them in the fridge and reheat them the next day for a snack. The bathroom was also large and actually kind of luxurious with granite and marble throughout. They had nightly free cocktails and snacks (which I sadly had to miss everynight since I was at the tournament), but it sounded nice. The free breakfast was the usual cereals, fruits, yogurts, eggs, sausage, etc. Not bad. The only reason I gave dining was because there was no restaurant in the hotel, you had to go out to eat. We got back late one night and couldn't find anywhere to eat and had to order a pizza. Other then that, I would stay here again, much nicer then other mid-price hotels.
Enjoyed our Stay. Staff Very Polite. Hotel very clean. Nice dining area. Decent breakfast (biscuits and gravy, sausage, juice, waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal + more) Free soda fountain until 11pm, free popcorn too (kids enjoyed this) Pool was nice (indoor/outdoor), but pool chemicals smelled a little strong. Great T.V. in the room - LCD flat screen (LG). Great value for the price. Will stay again.
The front desk staff were very friendly. We were there for a family funeral and were given their condolances several times with our stay. There were a total of four rooms that were taken up by other family members that also enjoyed there stay. \n\nWe stay in 3 -4 hotels per year and loved this hotel. We are planing a family reunion and planing on staying here again!!! We didn't know there was a pool and small hot tub, so we didn't bring swim suits. The pool is inside/outside. The free hot breakfast was good also. All the staff were very friendly and eager to please.
This makes the second time I have stayed in a Drury Inn. Both experiences were pleasant. The facilities are always clean, the people friendly and I like that I can bring my pets if I need to. The hot breakfast was a selling point the first time, and now it is a welcome reminder of how I will look for Drury whenever I travel. The staff was pleasant and helpful and I have felt very safe during both stays. We were all impressed by the price of our stay. The benefits of breakfast, evening snacks, friendly staff, cleanliness and feeling of safety far outway the cost of the stay.
This is a very nice, new hotel,. The only problem is the location, which is close to the freeway and the main road is right out front. Late at night when going to sleep and early in the morning you will hear all of the traffic gunning their engines to make it through the lights or the semi's 'jake braking' to stop at the light. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared. Breakfast was ok.
Very nice, clean hotel. Worth the extra money for nightly stays...snacks in evening and great breakfast buffet. Staff are always willing to please and very friendly and helpful. Great Location!! Plan on staying at this hotel on future visits to town to visit family.
We reserved our king Suite at the Drury Inn in Middletown, Ohio three months in advance. One week before our arrival date, we were sent an email reservation confirmation for a suite with two queen beds instead of the king bed that we had reserved. I called to correct the problem and was told that the king suite was no longer available for the dates of our stay. Had I received the email confirmation immediately, I would have corrected the problem right away. But since they waited until right before our arrival date to send the confirmation, the king suite that we wanted (and had reserved) was no longer available. I was told that we could move from the queen suite to the king suite on the second night of our stay. But we would have to check out of the queen suite by 11:00 am and check back into the king suite after 3:00 pm. So the morning after our arrival we packed our bags again and checked out of our queen suite, with reassurances from the staff that the king suite was waiting for us when we were allowed to check back in at 3:00. When I arrived just a few hours later to check into the king suite that we had been promised, it was not available! No suites were available at all at that point! The management at this hotel had better get their act together regarding reservations. Every staff member we talked to at the front desk was confused about the reservation system. I understand this hotel is new, but it's not going to last long if they can't take and honor a simple reservation.
Nice new hotel. Had problems with tv, maintenance came quick. Have nice LCD tvs. Had 2 room suite. Large living area with pull out sofa sleeper. Daughter said it slept decent. She had very good wireless reception on her laptop in that room. Nice bathroom and bedroom was good size with wonderful king sized bed and plasma tv. Nice closet area also. Room had not been cleaned properly. Crumbs all over bedroom floor. Refrig had not been cleaned, items left from prior quests. Trash had not been changed. Elevator was out of order. Had to take luggage up 4 floors. Other parts of the hotel seemed very nice. Had great breakfast and evening reception. Our dog was accepted very well. Great to have a good place to stay that not only allow pets, but do not charge fees. Managment took the time to come up to our room and address issues. Staff was impeccible, from front desk, management and also maintenance. We were compensated for our problems and that revealed to me that they did care. Lots of restaurants close. I would definitely return to this hotel again. Have stayed at many Drury's and will continue to patronize their corporation because of the staff I have encountered and their williness to do things right.
Itt was a clean and nice place to stay. There wasn't a lot of noise exept for some taffici. They had a nice pool and spa. I would stay again.
Liked the amenities (wifi, LCD TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc). Rooms were very clean and quiet. Unlike other hotels in the area, lots of TV channels available including local weather. Close to restaurants, Kroger, Meijer, but a bit of a trick to get to gas (Meijer is closest). First time at this property, but not the last.
the room and the bed no free breakfast. we booked on computer, not through you and you denied us breakfast. dumb and you are losing business like mine.
The king bed was very comfy Location was convenient to my parents house The pullout bed was lumpy It didn't come with a comforter, we had to call and ask to get one The suites next to us were being renovated --- very noisy in the morning! Breakfast was NOT included -- $14.95 for a breakfast buffet which was just OK
Very friendly staff. Hotel cared about our experience. The Location was perfect for us and plenty of things around to do. Housekeeping for room could have been better. Sink was dirty and had toothpaste spatter all over mirror, sink, counter, and faucet. Had to go to front desk to get wash cloth and call front desk for tp because we ran out (wasn't refilled). The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped for a while.
Staff was friendly . Large fridge in room. The room was very tight. Last room near the stairwell. The bathroom smelled , the bed sheet was stained. The coffee machine was in the restroom so would never use it.
Everything was how it should have been. We had a very relaxing stay! Breakfast was great! Was super impressed! Will stay again when we are in town! The only complaint I have, would be on our second day, while we were out, housekeeping didn't make/change our beds.
The room was well furnished, the staff seemed friendly, and the hotel was not overcrowded or loud. The room was not well cleaned: gum on trashcan, dust in bathroom, hair on linens. These were minor details, but things that we nevertheless did notice.
Very quick and helpful checkin. Nice clean beds. Very comfortable! Great breakfast selections. Will stay here again.
price, location beds and bedding were nice older facility very small elevator few snack/soda machines
The hotel staff was excellent from check-in to check out. Excellent desk staff, excellent breakfast and breakfast staff. Rooms are clean and quiet. Pool area was convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Out of King's Island season, so I don't know what this would be like in season, but given the staff, I would say still very good to excellent. Bathrooms could stand to be redone, particularly the sink.
Bed was very comfortable. staff people when any were very nice. Room got cleaned everyday. Breakfast was poor, not that many options to eat. Location wise was ok, it was a little far from downtown, but I didn't go there that much either. And last day I was there elevator wasn't working.
Breakfast person was very accommodating and friendly. Front desk was very helpful and seemed interested in our future business. Ac was very noisy. Had to put fan on constant to keep from waking us up each time it went on. Refridgerator made loud rattling noise, but was scheduled for repair asap next am.
If you like to sleep at a hotel, don't stay here. Center atrium VERY noisy and it echos in your room. Pool and atrium open til 1am and until everyone shuts up, you can't sleep. Room dirty, 10year old son found a thong in the bedroom. Kids couldn't sleep on the pull out couch b/c of lack of comfort and the NOISE! If you are just one person or a couple you can shut your bedroom door and not hear the noise. The hotel staff had a non caring attitude, and said sorry sorry sorry but you know they didn't mean it or care as nothing was done about it. I go to a hotel to sleep, the amenities are extra. The breakfast had decent food but there wasn't anywhere to sit as the one bus boy coudln't keep up. We cleaned our own table to sit down. Our children as well as other children we were with on this trip, got a rash from the pool from too little chlorine. Very dirty area. If you're a young 20 something who likes to party til all hours of the morning and keep others up, or a parent lacking in parenting skills who likes to allow their children to run amuk thru a hotel unsupervised, allowing them to be boisterously noisy and be disrespectful to other guests, then this is the hotel for you. Anyone with small children are advised to NOT stay here.
We stayed for the weekend with our married children and grand children for my wife's birthday. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The free breakfeast was excellent. Bed was soft with the right firmness. Room was clean and comterable. Pool and hot tub area was a little small. Would stay again when in the area.
I'm very happy with the accomodations at Embassy suites. We were here to go to King's Island and visit friends in the area. It was close enough to the park to come back during the day for a break and go back later. Breakfast was a plus too! Hotel atrium was especially nice, it has a stream with fish and turtles in it. One other perk was that htere was a wedding there during our stay and we got to watch the whole thing from our 4th floor room!!! I would recommend this facility to anyone planning a trip to the area.
We felt like we were on a vacation. The atmosphere is like no other hotel we have stayed in. Very peaceful waterfalls and ponds. My son loved the pool. Breakfast was awesome. Everything was fresh and good tasting. We will return.
It was clean and everyone was nice. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversay on the 16th. We do live locally about 25 mileas away but wanted to get away form our house full of people. The main problem we had was that our neighbors in room 350 kept going in and out of their rooma and let the Door bang shut each time. So we heard this all thru the day on Saturday probably about 50 times or more. And at 6:00 in the am on Sunday someone was kicking the wall which was at the head of our bed. We said something to the desk clerk when we left and all she could tell me was that if we wanted quite time that we should book during the week that is when the travlers book and it is much quieter then. Other than that the the food was good at breakfast and the room was clean and nice looking.
Reading some of the other comments made me laugh. This hotel is a quality one that we've come back to for over 10 years. There is noise at times in the atrium, but that is quieted down by 11 p.m. on most nights. The hotel staff will bend over backwards to fix any issues you might think you have. The staff at the personalized breakfast every morning is amazing. They treat us like family each time we come! The rooms are clean if you ask them to do so. We only have had a few issues with them rushing the maids to finish quickly. When that happens I call the front desk and we are taken care of. This is our home for literally 2 weeks a year and we will not stay anywhere else. The cost is fair for what we get and the security is high here. The staff is friendly and works hard to accommodate all needs if informed of them in a timely manner. The only 2 drawbacks are the advertised refrigerator/freezer. The freezer doesn't work so don't plan on keeping anything frozen. The TV's are a bit older but - honestly are you staying at a hotel for TV or for activities near the hotel? I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling. We see the same folks[families, business, couples] here year after year so - they must be doing something right!
This hotel was easy to find. The front desk was very freindly. The room was exceptional. The pool area was very clean. The breakfast was very good, although they didn't seem prepared for the crowd that was there. I have never paid this much for a room anywhere, but it was well worth the money. We are planning a trip in November to Florida and will probably try to book a room going down and coming back.
The hotel was in a convenient location for the planned activities we had. The decor was dated and the breakfast buffet was marginal. However the hotel was clean and staff was helpful.
As always, Embassy Suites provided us a wonderful one week stay. Apart from being well located to the Cincinnati area, ES maintains a high standard of quality and customer service. During our five day stay at ES, we felt pampered in our two room suite; luxurious, comfortable, impecably decorated and clean. In fact, on several occasions the staff went out of their way to see to our needs. The manager's happy hour and the full cooked to order breakfast not only add to the economy of ES but is probably one of the best services provided in the hotel industry. The cooked to order breakfast along with a well-stocked side buffet and the snacks and drinks served during happy hour are enjoyed by all the guests at no additional charge. We continue to stay at Embassy Suites over any other hotel chain in the U.S. Thank you Embassy Suites!!
I have stayed her on numerous occasions since my son became a student at Xavier Univ. We get the comfort of a 2 rm. suite, cooked to order breakfast & manager's reception. The staff is always pleasant & helpful. I have arrived early & been accomodated & once arrived at 3 in the morning & was warmly greeted & treated to an upgrade. While the hotel is more in a business area, it still is close to restaurants, shopping & the interstate highways. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel. Yes it can be noisy, but in the evening things quite down & I've never had a problem sleeping.
Each room is a 2 room suite which allowed us to have a separate bedroom from our 1 year old. The breakfast is included in the room price and was fantastic. They offer a great variety of food and we did not have to wait for a seat even though we were a party of 6. The happy hour each night was also included in the room price and offered a great variety of drinks and snacks. The indoor pool was a bit cold, but not cold enough to keep the kids out of it. We will definitely be staying at the property on our next visit to Cincinnati.
This hotel is great for a get away weekend. Days and nights are fairly quite. Room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! I stayed in a hotel with a stove top, only complaint I have is the limited utensils available.
Perfect location and spacious, clean room!
Location and breakfast No
Everyone was very loud. Staff included at all times. It was very hard to rest.
Spacious rooms No
The room was incredible. We loved all the space we had and felt at home because it was so clean and even smelled clean. Check out was noon but the maid knocked on our door at 10:30 and wanted us to leave so she could clean and told us checkout was at 11. We felt rushed and when we did leave at 11:30, there was a cleaning staff of 3 right outside our door waiting.
Was not given right room and issue was not corrected
How big it was No
Very clean and the staff was excellent!

I loved the fact they served dinner as well as breakfast, it was so nice not to have to go back out for dinner after a long day. The accomodations were awesome and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Nothing
bedding & linens
I inadvertently left gold chain at the hotel that has a great deal of sentimental value to me as it was given to me by my mother to whom it had initially been given by her grandmother. I called the hotel and within minutes they had located the chain and my brother was able to pick it up for me. They were very friendly and professional in handling this.
Beds super comfortable, clean, good pillows, a microwave and fridge in the room for travel. Really convenient to Whole Foods and lots of restaurants. Pool incredibly small, thought there would be a hot tub to relax. No hot tub. Breakfast is not free. When I think of the Hilton, I think a little nicer and was hoping for a little more luxuries..
The room had a mold problem in the bathroom. The tub had rust around the base of the faucet. The tub was chipped in several locations. The thermostat had a glowing blue light that could pass for a night light. After parking the car we had an unusually long walk from the parking space to the room.
Plenty of room and nice kitchen. Spacious and very functional. Fantastic breakfast and staff was helpful. Maintenance of the buildings and grounds could be improved. Tub faucet leaked and couch cushions torn. Dishes missing from kitchen.
Very good multi-night room rates. Rooms are spacious, clean, well-supplied. Comfortable bed. Parking is limited, not enough spaces. No central ice machine (just refrigerator in room, but no ice pre-made).
No wake up call and this is not the first time. We stay at this location every three months due to Doctor visit and I do like the site but we seemingly can never get a wake up call on time and sometimes not at all.
Other than being excessively noisy my stay was enjoyable. If you want to experience sleeping in the median of I75 this is the spot for you! Very loud traffic noise for entire stay. You better be a sound sleeper if you are staying here.
